1xbit refuse to send me back my deposits

Hi, I want to share my sad story with 1xbit ... I created my account number 730767419 on 20.11.2023 picture: https://ibb.co/z5p5n3h , and I have made a total deposit of 769.24 USDT - PICURE: https://ibb.co/0Chts53 , with a total of 10 deposits. I have never withdrawn money from my account. I was losing money every day, but with my last deposit I made some money.
Let me start first:
As long as I was losing, the account was in operation and I was depositing new funds every day, until the moment I started winnig.

I bet the tickets on 22.11.2023, and the last ticket match ended on 25.11.2023.

In the evening 22.11.2023 , I tried to log in to my account but it was unsuccessful, it was calling me with the wrong user and password.
I started to panic and immediately sent an email to security 1xbit, why can't I log in to my account.
They returned a message: Your request has been sent to the specialists, wait for the answer. - Picture: https://ibb.co/4tx3xdC
The next morning I still had no answer, so I sent an email again. but i got the same answer automatically.
I was honestly afraid, why are they doing this? I started emailing them again but got the same response.

My tickets all won, my total account balance should have been over 2000 USDT.

Every day for past 5 days I send them an email to open my account(before ticket won), why are they doing this, why is it locked, and they did not reply to my email with any info until after my last match won, and after I won and the ticket was won,  I got this back on my email:

The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions.

I still can't believe how they can steal all the money that is on my account, together with the deposit, and close the account and not allow me to enter. On the page that has the rules, it says that they must return the invested part of the deposit to the user if they decide to do this. Why hasn't my money been returned? You were waiting to see if my last ticket on day 25.11.2023 will win or lose from 1296 USDT, and then to tell me that you are closing my account? Because it won?

This is wrong and out of bounds, I am asking for my deposit of 769.24 in total to be returned because these are my 3 months hard earned salary and I don't want you to steal them from me like this because I have not withdrawn money from the account, and I have over 2000 USDT on it, tickets won with football games in highest leagues in world bets.

Should I report this with all my evidence to the internet crime authority and illegal gambling manufacturers and internet police on all websites? I want my part of the deposit back because I don't deserve you stealing my own money.
All pictures are made before the account has been closed, I make it because it is crypto betting platform and I need to have some evidence of my account because of these situations.

1xbit is not a reputable site on this forum. You can check 1xbit announcement account reputation on this forum and also check the accounts of their past managers on this forum and see how they are all given negative trusts. Do not use that gambling site. Go to gambling board and only use the sites that have positive trust or that do not have negative trust and history of scam.

Sorry for your trouble Op, I believe you must have saw the profile of 1xbit.com representative [I’ll assume you did, since you made a post in the Ann thread] you can see that they have more than 20 negative tags and they have stopped responding to accusations that are being made against them here in Bitcointalk – meaning they don’t care a single bit about their reputation (which has been tarnished beyond what can be fixed). So this thread of yours is not going to help you get your funds back from them, cos they are not coming here to respond and even if you take the case to casino guru it’s most likely that they still won’t reply over there.

There are dozens of unhandled complaints about this casinos and yours has just been added to the list.

If you believe they can help you get your money back from them then send them a mail [please be careful with your information so that you don’t fall for a different scam], scammers tend to use the desperation of others to make them their victims no matter how convincing they might sound don’t release any private information to them.

1xbit is a very know scam site. Show me a good review about them and I will show you someone who is working with them to scam other people. If you have observed on thing about them is that all is well when you losing. But once you win, you are fucking screwed. They'll ask you for all sorts of from ID , bank statements, selfie, proof of address and others to be able to withdrawal your money. Most times the documents will rejected. Until you are frustrated and give up trying.

There's nothing anyone can do now for you. What you can do is to tell other to stay away from 1xbit.

The problem is that they invest a lot in advertising to attract people to the site, and much like the OP, by the time they realise they have been scammed, it is too late. On this forum we know who they are but there are many internet sites outside of this forum and 1xBit takes advantage of that.

The 1xbit casino platform has a lousy reputation, with numerous accusations of scams from many members who have posted against it. It is worth noting that this platform has been operating for years and uses fake promotion tactics to this day, and still, every day, we discover a new victim who was defrauded by getting the ending of his cooperation with them and the closure of his account after they are falsely claiming the violation of their policy and terms. If you can report them to the authorities you mentioned, you can move forward, although I am not optimistic that you will be able to sue them or that you will be able to return your stolen funds.

So sorry about your experience with this casino. That has always been the complaints of newbie members. It is very known here that this casino is a scam casino and as such, members do avoid them. It is unfortunate that you already have been scammed by them and I think your Chance of recovering your funds are minimal because there are lots of pending scam accusations against them which are yet to be attended to. I think you should just accept it as your fate and move on.

The website that scammed you is a proven scam website already, but despite all of that, there are still newbie gamblers who are still gambling there. Why is that? It's because of advertisements of the company. It's been everywhere, and of course we can't say that it's a scam website to a newbie gambler unless they'll make a bit of a research with regards to the background of this scam website.

Sorry for your loss make but I'm pretty sure you won't get your money from 1xBit because that site is a shady one and they have been doing this with their users for a long time. I suggest you to be careful next time from casinos like 1xBit because they only earn money by scamming users like you and no one is able to stop them.

As several members have already stated, it is very unfortunate but there is no chance of you ever getting your deposits returned because the 1xbit/1xbit1 websites have a long list of allegations against them. Some time ago they started operating signature campaigns as a means to try to portray themselves as a legitimate entity but the scam allegations were never resolved and they eventually gave up on using this forum for promoting their business.

If you had taken a few minutes to investigate before sending any funds, you probably would have found at last one link that highlighted 1xbit/1xbit1 were widely acknowledged as being scammers and could not be trusted. Unfortunately, no matter what happens now (and no matter who intervenes), they will never pay out any funds. This is a case where applying due-diligence would have saved you going through the stress you are facing now.

You can try but wouldn't that cost more than what you lost? If it doesn't need much money to start an investigation, then you can start but don't have high expectations, you might never get your money back.
Btw it's curious that you took pictures before your account got closed in case to have some evidence that your account would get problems, you are that smart to think about that but how did you fail to google 1xbit.com? You might have to take this accident as a lesson and never gamble in the future without doing proper research. You should also check the trust rating under the profile of each casino representative on this forum. The green 3 that you see on my profile is the one I am talking about.

Situation is more complicated than that. For a test, I just did a quick search on a browser with no bitcointalk history and asked "is 1xbit good gambling site" and the very first result I get was "Quick Verdict: With its immense variety of crypto gambling options across slots, table games, live dealer, and sports betting, generous bonuses, and easy-to-use desktop and mobile platforms, 1xBit provides an exceptional modern online casino experience tailored specifically for cryptocurrency enthusiasts."

I scrolled down the first page of resuls and not a single mention that 1xbit is a scam site. Keep in mind that these guys are spending shit load of money on advertisement (I used to see their banners on CMC and Coingecko as well) and bitcointalk makes only a smal part of crypto gambling community and that's how people still getting fooled by 1xbit.

It's been quite some time since the last complaint against 1XBIT I thought that no one would come here anymore to file a report, there was a time that 1Xbit had 4 to 6 reports in a week, I feel sorry to OP but you don't have a chance to get your money and if you have the plan to charge them and it will not bother you and you can shoulder the cost then do so, but there are earlier who file complaints and they lose triple the amount that you are complaining.

Unfortunately, 1xbit stil promoting for the casino and gathering victims always and you can’t blame the innocent people who click on ads without researching but I hope they learn a less painful lesson with moderate deposits. The problem is with the big platforms and YouTubers which are promoting and helping them to scam people.
