You will have to look into it to include graphics and other attractive pictures from your website so that it would interest members and attract  traffic to your casino which you desire.
However, I checked your website but I wasn't moved by what I saw. Your website is a bit dull and not welcoming. No visual, nothing attractive about it. I understand the fact that these does not matter when it comes to service delivery but some how it is necessary to keep the website a bit welcoming and attractive so that prospective clients would be interested and have that urge to continue further with you casino. Nothing to see cool here. The plain white background is very straining in the eyes when I’m browsing it on a dark place. This will be better if they have dark mode feature for user that wants a relaxing environment when playing.

But for small bettor I guess this their fine since they can still fulfill the requirements but now they should be aware if there's sudden implementation like KYC so those people want to try this casino should prepare for that.

Even for someone who makes small bets, that might be unfair. Imagine if you got lucky and won a bet close to 1 BTC. Withdrawal is still going to be a pain in the ass for you,  just like it would for a whale.
I think I know of a casino that has such limits, they had some disputes here with some users, and it only shows that they do this because they have limited funds. Kind of kills the confidence of potential customers.

Well, I have a different opinion regarding this matter.
Personally, I respect the fact that they were honest and clearly stated that you can't withdraw more than $4k per week. Obviously, they made this decision because they have a limited bankroll and that's totally fine for a new casino. I'm sure they will raise this limit in the future.
If they had bad intentions, am sure they wouldn't have mentioned this at all.

I waited 7-8 hours before contacting support, they told me that the withdrawal can take anywhere from 15 minutes to several days. Maybe I would have waited longer, who knows, but BTCGosu provided support and speeded things up.

If, indeed, they have a limited bankroll and can't afford to pay players/winners more than $4k per week then they should not offer such huge bonuses.

Yeah, I believe most casinos have limits though much higher, but they should also be fair enough when it comes to deposits, especially if the withdrawal limits are so low. Imagine someone deposits 5 BTC to play, and it's more than welcome, but when it comes to withdrawal time, they have to settle for a $4K weekly withdrawal limit. Any victim would look at it as a trap.

Since they have such low withdrawal limits, maybe they should also set low deposit limits to be fair and square.

and depositing but upon withdrawal the need to comply with KYC, meaning for us not to comply with KYC
