Withdrawal should be once and not phase one and phase two. If the gambler has all the criteria then pay him at once. €4,000 limit to pay out is a big amount and those are some of the things gamblers were trying to avoid. This withdrawal limit and delay in withdrawing has made some gamblers to left some casinos.
