apparently there was an error in weiss.bet platform that allowed my account to remain active despite regional restriction. Weiss.bet says it's working to rectify the situation and prevent future occurrences.
My deposit was refunded.

Posting the list of restricted countries in their ToS could have prevented this from happening and could have saved this user from all that hassle. Such important information that may result in account termination is supposed to be easily accessible and not hidden in sub-pages.
Restricting users from restricted countries from accessing the website in the first place would be even better, but I can’t blame them for that, as most casinos don’t do it.

Anyway, glad to hear that this case got resolved quickly and that Weiss did the right thing by refunding the user his initial deposit.
