What is best safe cloud mining site?

I havnt used any cloud mining site i guess the last 6 or more years , only once used Genesis Mining but i dont recommend them or any other site.
The only one that makes profit out there are the Mining Sites and not you , if you buy the coin and hold it would the best for you in my opinion.
On the long term you will driving better to invest in the coin you want to mine , or buy a miner and do it yourself , but this is only profitable if you have free electricity.

I really doubt any cloud mining platforms can be successful nowadays.  Its probably all a big scam or Ponzi scheme.  You cannot take shortcuts if you want to seriously mine bitcoin and  you need real equipment.  Folks buying up ASIC miners are not fools.  If cloud mining was legit, why would anyone bother buying their own hardware?

Im just skeptical of any promises of easy money or free lunches when it comes to crypto.  Maybe Im too cynical, but it often seems like people's greed blinds them to obvious red flags.  They get drawn in by fantasies of effortless wealth. 

Some cloud platforms may prove me wrong someday.  For now though, if it seems too good to be true, it probably is.

Most of them are scams so you better not get interested to any of them. But if you like to get likely scammed by them then we've told you what some warnings already. If you want to get into mining, buy a real basic miner if you're for bitcoin and GPU for altcoins or the other peripherals and equipment for the other algos. Otherwise, just buy bitcoin and hold it or the altcoin that you want to have.

I heard that cloud mining was a thing back in 2015 and 2016. even that time most cloud mining sites are scams. those scam websites ruined reputation of cloud mining business that today you'll hardly find any cloud mining site exist.

I think it is worth noting on the subject of cloud mining that 99 percent of the companies operating in it are scammy projects, and if it were profitable in the way you imagine it to be, it would be very widespread now, especially since the concept has been around for years.
On the other hand, and to confirm that they are essentially fraudulent projects, what prompts a person or company to rent mining machines and distribute the profits to the contributors if it can keep all the profits for itself? Then, if cloud mining is profitable, what, in your opinion, prompts investors to waste huge sums of money on mining machines and their maintenance, if they will obtain a profit from cloud mining only by purchasing strong hash power, or what does not prompt them to rent out their mining-stuff in the same way that cloud mining workers do?

Because this is what usually happened there. The word cloud mining is so used by scammers that's why its not surprising at all that experience people will immediately call that platform as scam since for so many like that operating all of them seize the funds of their investors so for new people thinking about investing on this much better if they avoid and just do more research then find most reliable platform then find more realistic way on how to gain bitcoins.

Some maybe like the idea about just putting money and gain without doing anything but people need to realize that its risky if they believe on unregistered or not government regulated platform offering this especially if they promise high returns since most likely it is a scam.

True. Most of them are scams and I am glad that the majority of us here have opened their minds about it long time ago. Because there was also a time that it became a trend as if it's a legitimate way to earn crypto/Bitcoin. But then, it was debunked and figured out that there's no real mining facility from these companies and they literally are mining out of thin air, yeah in the clouds means nothing is real with their mining operations. All were numbers and projects and data but there's no actual mining facility that's happening in some parts of the world that they're telling they've got a farm.

There are individuals too that have been mining from their homes. It's just the matter of having the capital and willingness to do. If it's doable in their area,  it's probably because they have cheaper electricity.

There is a individual mining but mining machine or ASIC is getting expensive day by day, especially with Scrypto or SHA256 Algorithm. according to what to mine https://whattomine.com/asics it still need 6K USD to buy a single mining machine with daily earn of 20$ with bullish like this.

So it is need a capital and yes a cheaper electricity aswell
