Its like a flash back in time, because this post took me back to 2020 when covid hit the world like a brick wall and the whole world shut down. But OP was talking about health benefits of online gambling, which I don't think there's one that I could think of. I mean not physically obviously , because you're just sitting the whole time. Mentally? not really because it could put you in a frustrated state when you lose.
While in a physical casino. I wasn't really sure of the idea of the post till I carefully went through the contents, well, betting online has a lot of advantages and one of them is just like what you mentioned, you won't be exposed to airborne diseases due to overcrowding and poor ventilation.
