I don't think gambling is bad for people who have lots of money. Because even if they lose money in gambling, they can profit from some other place. They have that capability and competence. Even these people are rarely addicted to gambling. They don't even aim to make a lot of money from gambling. So I don't think gambling is harmful for the rich unless they go beyond the limits.

Gambling is not bad for anyone, it is how you go about the gambling that can harm an individual. It is like the case of drugs which is meant to make the body better but how one uses it can turn out to be abuse. If you go about gambling the right way, irrespective of your level of finances, it will not harm you but if you adopt the wrong approach, even though you are rich, it will damage your finances. Those who have lots of money will gamble with lots of money and also lose lots of money. But when the right discipline is applied, then the amount to use for gambling can then be controlled.

Gambling is not bad until you become addicted to it. Being addicted to gambling is very bad for our mental and physical health. Many people get addicted to gambling as well as various drugs. It is bad for physical health. If they lose money again in gambling, the people of rich families will face financial crisis. And it's bad for mental health.

There are very few people who gamble regularly but are not addicted to it. They consider gambling as just a game. And gambles for mind refreshment. People of this type are not easily addicted to gambling. But when our only goal is to make money by gambling, then we easily become addicted to gambling.

It is not possible to stay away from gambling addiction without being aware and aware of the negative aspects of gambling addiction. We need to know about the good aspects as well as the bad aspects of gambling. And we have to try to control our mind.

- Well, literally speaking, it's true that playing gambling can be considered an investment. That's why it's a type of investment that has a high chance that only what we deposit in the casino will be resolved; most of the time, our money will only go to the casino platform.

What type of investment that people can do in playing gambling?  
When people deposit their money in casino account, it shouldn't be for investment or saving purposes. They must use the money for playing gambling games. If people really want to use their money for saving or investment, they will prefer other things. People mostly store money for saving in bank accounts. What a question, but you can see a simple example in the OP, and mind you, investments could be established around gambling and similar activities on social media should have hinted to you. If you think deeply, you can still point to at least 3 of them aside from the Ponzi-related one suggested in the main OP. But that is not the issue for me, the issue is whether those building investments around gambling understand this business and have a workable plan that is foolproof.

Will they be sincere with their partners/investors and not betray their trust to cause them losses? This is important because if truly one would do a thing like that, it mustn't be about the money of the person as you supposed, commercialising it one way or the other is the only way that can bring more money in gambling aside from gambling directly as we popularly know.

Some persons says gambling is not an investment due to its risky levels but a game of entertainment while some persons says investments are likely to be gambling because you don't foresee the future and can't predict the later outcome.

I think I am exploring in this gambling spaces of risk bearers. While being aware about the techniques in the Ponzi Schemes of attracting the audience to invest lower amount and earns higher, the Investors runs greedily out of their emotional controls and then Invest more than they could afford to loose just because they are attracted by the returns of interests.
Now I am one of the audience (investor) who accepted to face the risk too with my own technical contrast that if it works as thought it is assumed that I won but if it doesn't, then it is assumed that I was late and has lost it.
Now, introduced to an ongoing Ponzi Scheme which I got interest on but then, I tends to know how long the platform has been lunched and the number of participants so I would know the risk level I could be, then I learnt it is about a month launched with about 200+ participants.
Drastically, I feel they are not closed to hitting the scam (platform cashes) button yet because they have less number of participants with minimum of funds in the platform yet which determines the factorizations of them considering to hit the scam buttons.
Now, the platform is programed on daily interests accumulations which can be withdrawn on daily basis depended on individuals decisions.
I already invested $20 on two of my accounts which I have   also made a total of $26 in less than 3 days through the daily withdrawal methods and yet my daily interests keep accumulating and I am up to make more cashouts. Lol.
At this level, I hope if anything compromised maybe they finally hits on the scammed buttons I am of no lost but has profited. So, I awaits them to do their worse. 😆.

This is the level States of mind this gambling space has inspired and aspired me to risks bearing. By so doing, I undertake this circumstances to be an investment because it has the potential to yield incomes and otherwise, it is accompanied with a gambling system because it comes with some analytical mindsets with indictments of greeds if not in control of your emotions. So, you either not invest with what you can't afford to loose or you faces emotional breakdowns.

An investment is something that is high chance of giving you profit in the long run, I can't say the same for gambling, Puting money into casinos can't be called an investment  because there's a very high possiblity that your stake might disappear in seconds..puting your money into things that can fetch you at least 10 to 20 percent of your capital daily is considered to me an investment if you ask me, anything higher than that is just gambling...

It's a tough industry which most of the time out of good money management and emotional control you'll see yourself losing a lot, unlike with real business where you can monitor and adopt how things works, though there are experienced gamblers who can play with their knowledge but only few who can really manage to make money out from gambling, use your investment to business there are many options that you can focus yourself that can give you better chance of success.
