I didn't quite understand this post, the author is very vague in his description of his investment actions. From his description it turns out that he invested in a Ponzi scheme, which is also gambling or something like that. We know that some casinos or even bookmakers allow you to invest in them or invest in the products they create. Now many casinos and bookmakers create, for example, their own tokens and offer users to hold, stake or trade these tokens. You know, trading and gambling are gradually converging and sometimes it happens that in the end we ourselves do not fully understand what we are doing: gambling, trading or investing. Well there are some casino which offers their own tokens and also they offer attractive staking schemes for that token  so that gamblers not only gamble using that token but also stake them and get regular profits.

I think we should separate gambling and investment/staking and these two should not be mixed. I don't think there is any gambling token that is worth staking as most of the are always losing Thier value because of no use case.

By the way we don't need that gambling sites to develop their own tokens as there are already many crypto using which we can gamble. I guess these gambling tokens are another way for the gambling sites to gain people's money.

This same fake product can be said to be Ponzi scheme like just like you mentioned, and what I will like us to know is that, anything that has the legit version, it fake will always be there too, so I am not surprised to see a casinos being stuck up in Ponzi like scheme, but then also we should know that we have some viable and reputable casino's that have what we call backroll investment and those gambler's or investors who put their money down for this get returns on a monthly basis without any stress or risk of losing their money, casino's like bustadice have such a feature.
Between we should be vigilant when it comes to casinos products most especially anything that has to do with finances because casino's primary field is to develop games, so any other services that they render will and remain just a copycat move, if not I don't see any reason why a cryptocurrency casino will sundenly go into token development or other cryptocurrency service that generates profits.

It is better to buy some shares of the casino if they are willing to sell so that you will always get your returns annually, and I think one need to look out to see if the casino is reputable and have not changed management so that you don't end up investing in a casino that will shut down due to some challenges that they are facing or scam exit.

Buying those casino tokens is not an investment to me because nobody knows if the tokens will increase in value or not since some of them are only used by the casino that created it. This is why the only best way one can invest in gambling is to be among the casino share holders.

After all, the TRX blockchain is no longer popular for casino owners who tokenize there, they are now more into ERC20/BSC/Matic networks.
But the explosion seems to be short-lived because for investments that want to be profitable, not in casino tokens, if the casino is not perfect, the token performance will not be good, which continues to fall.
The best way to invest is not in gambling but other assets, and it is the casino owner who benefits not the customer.

Some persons says gambling is not an investment due to its risky levels but a game of entertainment while some persons says investments are likely to be gambling because you don't foresee the future and can't predict the later outcome.

I think I am exploring in this gambling spaces of risk bearers. While being aware about the techniques in the Ponzi Schemes of attracting the audience to invest lower amount and earns higher, the Investors runs greedily out of their emotional controls and then Invest more than they could afford to loose just because they are attracted by the returns of interests.
Now I am one of the audience (investor) who accepted to face the risk too with my own technical contrast that if it works as thought it is assumed that I won but if it doesn't, then it is assumed that I was late and has lost it.
Now, introduced to an ongoing Ponzi Scheme which I got interest on but then, I tends to know how long the platform has been lunched and the number of participants so I would know the risk level I could be, then I learnt it is about a month launched with about 200+ participants.
Drastically, I feel they are not closed to hitting the scam (platform cashes) button yet because they have less number of participants with minimum of funds in the platform yet which determines the factorizations of them considering to hit the scam buttons.
Now, the platform is programed on daily interests accumulations which can be withdrawn on daily basis depended on individuals decisions.
I already invested $20 on two of my accounts which I have   also made a total of $26 in less than 3 days through the daily withdrawal methods and yet my daily interests keep accumulating and I am up to make more cashouts. Lol.
At this level, I hope if anything compromised maybe they finally hits on the scammed buttons I am of no lost but has profited. So, I awaits them to do their worse. 😆.

This is the level States of mind this gambling space has inspired and aspired me to risks bearing. By so doing, I undertake this circumstances to be an investment because it has the potential to yield incomes and otherwise, it is accompanied with a gambling system because it comes with some analytical mindsets with indictments of greeds if not in control of your emotions.
