Need 1300$ for University re-admission, paying back 1400$ within February 29

I lost my job 2 month ago. Was nothing serious but I used to do tuition ( means class 6th - 12th standard students, I helped them learn ), thats how mainly I earn. I have sent all of my life savings in this two month to pay for rent and my outside expenses. I was a Student of University. I was not able to pay for my university semester exam fees, as a result I got dropout. I am feeling totally desperate now, went to commit suicide but failed, now i leave that thought. Totally helpless now. I want to take re-admission, the university re-admission fees is 1300$, but for now its impossible for me to manage this insane amount of money, not being able to get any helps from anywhere. I don't know what to do now. But i really want to complete my graduation. My whole career amd future depending on this. I don't want to lose my educational career. I have some hours left to manage 1300$. At 2019, I first know about bitcointalk, but that time it was not as much as popular like any other forums, i didn't even thought one that, I have to came here to post this.

I am going to get tution at February 15, can repay back within February 28/29 highest march 1. Repay amount will be 1400$

Can any of you help me to continue my graduation? If needed, I can also show you my mark sheet, my academic transcript, my documents so that no one thinks me wronge.

I'm also not going to do much research on how the university system works specifically in Bangladesh because I'm sick of seeing these kinds of sobbing stories that are nothing more than covert scam attempts but I find it very hard to believe that you're going to lose the subjects you've passed simply because you can't pay. I mean, if you are studying a 4 year degree and you have passed 3 years, with those 3, even if you can't pay now, when you can pay in the future you should be able to enroll in the fourth year again, if not in that university in another one where you can transfer your transcript after a transfer procedure or credit recognition.

So you have no money now, no job now but your "plan" is to repay the money in the next 3 weeks?? How do you plan to accomplish that?
