For CEX, I still choose and prioritize Binance as the best crypto exchange with complete services including P2P there. However, we need to fill in KYC to be able to use the service fully. Actually, there are several good crypto exchange lists besides Binance, such as Bybit, Bitget, Mexc and Okx and so on. Apart from that, there are also several dex-based crypto exchanges that we can access without needing to fill out KYC.

Dear, you should research these kinds of things at your own end because if you are going to act by taking advice from here and unluckily you lose something/funds you will going to blam that person well to be very honest it will be your mistake not him/her. He/She is just giving you advice on his past experience after reading their experience it should be your responsibility to Do Your Own Research to play at your own end because, at the end of the day, you do not have to repent or not have to face any problem.

On the other hand, Binance is the Best recommended Cex exchange which will allow you to do P2P trades or well there are many more Cex exchanges as well in the market OKX is one of them. These kinds of exchanges ask you to do KYC means KYC is required here in Cex exchanges well on the other hand I have never used Dex exchanges so I am not going to give any recommendation about Dex rather I would say search about them about your own end or even you can read the best recommendation from here of seniors members but always do your own research after taking the advice of anyone.

I do regular instant swaps so exch is my current best.

If you're trying to look for your next exchange, you may wanna drop your use cases + how comfortable are you with kyc or anything you think is relevant. This is because "best" could be personal. Exchanges are not necessarily one size fits all, they have their pros and cons hence in a lot of cases, you need to weigh down some stuff e.g. pick your non-negotiable pros and cons you find bearable for you. But the general advice is to stick with reputable platforms.

Binance exchange which I generally use.
Binance requires KYC. If you don't want your identity known, Binance is not an exchange that meets your criteria because Binance is a centralized exchange.

Several exchange options without KYC are also available. exch is good and bestchange is good too.
Where do you come from? because I come from a country that requires completing KYC if you want to use the exchange.
Do your own research on the various types of exchanges you come across.

My current trust in international-based exchanges is a little less than usual, I used to really trust Binance, but recently with the increasing number of cases against Binance (closure) I don't want to take the risk of losing my crypto assets.

For that and in the meantime, crypto exchanges that operate locally and are registered with the government, that's what I believe at the moment, however we are still careful in placing crypto assets either on local or international exchanges.

Many coin tracker projects have misleading information, including this one where it contains most of swap platform instead of the real decentralized exchange.

Several exchange options without KYC are also available. exch is good and bestchange is good too.

Bestchange isn't an exchange, but they're a project that offers exchanges listing and they sort it based on best rates.

For my needs eXch is the best. Having said that, I am not an active trader that needs high liquidity and bunch of trading pairs and instead I need something reliable that doesn't need KYC and eXch is exactly that.

Majority of people don't even care about bitcoin and its philosophy, let alone private coins and the fact that CEXs are delisting them.

This has nothing to do with whether Binance is a good or bad exchange. It is an independent company and they can manage the volume of work as they think is enough. I didn't agree with the listing of many shitcoins on Binance either, but I didn't think they offered any lower quality because of that.
Questioning their strength and capabilities due to delisting coins (which are important to the community) is like criticizing them because their logo is yellow and not green. We may not like it, but it is their right to run their business the way they think is best.

This is not a shill for Binance, we just don't need to mix things up.

They're trying to get their hands off XMR because of for sure mandate of the government and they're just following. And as for most people that are saying Binance is the best, can't stop them from telling that if they have a good experience on it. They're not also obliged to trade XMR and what other features they enjoy there is like being on the launchpool that gives them more money upon projects that have become successful with their launching. So, its' a personal decision to say whether Binance is the best and it's out of their control if Binance delists privacy coins because it's common since the government have stomped against these type of cryptos.

Unfortunately, they'll be restricted in my country, and if you plan to try them out, I suggest checking the list first in case your country is mentioned.

For me, it's just P2P exchanges like AgoraDesk. But we don't necessarily have the same needs when it comes to exchanges, so yours might be different. I'm satisfied with my choice because I only do simple BTC<->fiat conversions once in a blue moon. However, if you are, for example, a day trader who makes many limit orders every now and then, my best exchange is certainly not for you. I'm afraid you'd prefer the popular centralized exchanges. Or if you only need instant exchanges or swaps, there are also good platforms for you.

Having said this, it might help if you specify your kind of need.

It seems we are in the same boat currently it is the best exchange because Binance gives better rates compared to other local exchanges the only downside you can't trade there without KYC. I have some alternatives have you tried Coinex you can trade there without KYC but if you are living in China, the US, or Canada then this is not a good option because they will force you to verify KYC.

For optional we have exch.cx you can trade there without KYC and don't collect any metadata like browser info and IPs but the only problem is they have limited coins supported.
