To be honest with you, the fact that I can invest in Bitcoin, hold it for some years, and make a profit excites me already. Another thing is the volatile nature of Bitcoin and some other cryptocurrencies, which are being traded on futures trading and allow traders to make short-term profits due to their volatility. There is nothing more serious I really desire from crypto because it's already cool the way it is going and Bitcoin being the lead coin in the market.

There is some hype surrounding the use of AI in the crypto space, and some people have confirmed using AI to carry out their trades, and they agree that it's a great help. Although many traders have not yet confirmed the success rate of AI traders, which means that there are still a lot of limitations to it, if AI trading bots can be improved to be able to make 90% success in trade, that will be cool.

You have said it all, though cryptocurrency started with Bitcoin, it has significantly moved past that level and it keeps on moving to the point that many coins and tokens have better purposes than Bitcoin itself which is a very welcome development in the crypto space. What is happening now is that cryptocurrencies are being linked with various projects in various facets of life and will continue like that with much competition against each other.

This will no doubt bring in more liquidity to the cryptocurrency space and even the field that links with it. It will happen to the point that when a crypto asset flourishes, the industry linked with it will flourish too. This can also help in reducing the effects of the freefall we experienced during the bearish season of cryptocurrency. At least if the industry linked to it is flourishing, it will reduce the negative effect on the particular coins/tokens. The same will happen during the bullish season as well, the coins/tokens could use their good time of liquidity to boost the stock of the industry involved.

The tech is here yet i dont know why i hear nothing about tokenized property/real estate, or a platform to create this things. But i hope as crypto get more adoption and favorable regulation i can see more things like that soon

I came or encountered threadors on social regarding RWA and some AI too. But of course its application still early maybe for investors this is good since it got some traction on the market considering this will be the new trend however its utility or use case still in question how does it help on growing cryptocurrency. We can use AI without the need of crypto so Im not sure how its gonna revolutionize it with strong impact. For RWA, does it comes with a utility can be seen succesful already?

Because, in reality tech isn't here yet. There are ton of hurdles to overcome. You don't hear about tokenized property because it doesn't make any sense yet. You can't move legal rights with just a token. As an example what would happen to the rights if you forgot your private key? Or if your private key is stolen? And when you need legal documents, kyc, ability to reverse transaction with that token, that makes the token meaningless.

Token isn't a legal contract for many reasons, but AML laws come to mind first, and after that consumer protection laws. I could go on but that pretty much covers the main problems.

IMHO, these things are just going to be craze and hype and then eventually will be forgotten and replaced again by another one once we're done with the bull run. What excites me is their contribution to the bull run but after that, we're going to see on how they'd be ending up just like the NFTs and other project types that have been in the market last bull run. There are too many of them and it becomes different whenever we're approaching to the next bull run. So, this time it will be them that you've mentioned but next bulls, it will be different.

This OriginTrial is one the reason for appreciating blockchain technology and cryptocurrency. Tokenization will not only ease access to funds but will encourage innovative use of blockchain tech to ease business. I think the era of carrying cash around is fading and embracing the digital way of doing business is upon us. I will like to see more exchanges to list this project just as Binance and particularly Bitget who also rolled out an encouraging rewarding event which could help  ease adoption and create more exposure.

theres already tokenized gold and many things becoming NFT. So for property probably will be more complicated procedure for things like legal right but with favorable regulation it is feasible

tokenizing real world asset is great but how about the implications with the law, you can be tokenizing your property but if the law doesn't recognize that then anyone that buys your token is the same as buying thin air.
if it involves real world asset, you should be 100% sure that the law recognize the act as well as the activity didn't confront the law then its okay.
this is the reason why there has been so many project trying to tokenize real world asset and always failed, though if it did can happen its gonna be great but im rather pessimistic, we're too early for that.
wait until everyone didn't use cash and use digital money instead then we are talking about tokenizing real world asset, otherwise its gonna be wasted but thats just my 2 cents alright.

These projects are developing very slowly due to restrictions in each country and lack of legislation, so now it is most like a centralized platform with white lists that works on the blockchain.
I too have seen reports of Real World Assets growing by 2030, but these platforms will not be decentralized and are not like the NFT market or Uniswap.

This is just a matter of trends and changing times. And now we are in the digital era. So it is not surprising that nowadays everything is always trying to be made into a digital version. which is called digitalization. Even the country's currency has also been made a digital version which we usually call CBDC. Everything requires blockchain technology. And now everything is growing and is also dense in other assets besides money. RWA is an example. Tokenization of real assets is going to be a new trend and big companies have also started working on it. AVAX has even become a partner for one of the large companies in terms of tokenizing the company's real assets. Well the trend this year is RWA. So I prefer to just take advantage of this trend to make a profit. And I don't want to think about it any further. In the past, digital versions of art were also made, such as NFTs. Money becomes CBDC. So it's no surprise that it's time for other assets to follow suit.

Cryptocurrencies have really come a long way. Blockchain technology and smart contracts have been widely applied to various things in the real world. This became an important point in the crypto revolution. I agree that this year RWA and AI technology will play an important role in the development of the crypto industry. It's just that I hope RWA is not like the failed metaverse. I mean the process of tokenizing real world assets into tokens must have further stages that will make them useful in the future.

Okay, I understand that there are customizations and stuff but I just think it’s safer to build your own technology if you’re trading with a lot of money (I’m talking thousands of dollars). It will be expensive but it is generally better so you are not limited to what they are offering, and you are sure of what you are programming.

I realize the Web3 and Blockchain space is so broad that if you're not in a circle where conversation about the innovations in these space is constantly shared, there's no how you'd hear anything about it. Just saying that now you're aware just like I am. Property/real estate is one area I'm keenly interested in. I will explore the project more indebtly.
