manager gives orders but manages to take into account the employees position and respects the symbiosis
leader sets the path and give and earns the respect for people to follow his lead

the one wearing the pants/the provider/master of the house

these terms are for the decision makers and those that have more control over the household

So many people misinterprete boss. To me a person that add value to your life is to be quantified as boss.

well my parents use to be my boss for long time before I got married and now my Wife is my boss lol

But many people classified there boss as someone that usually give them money always without showing them a way to succeed.

lol Work boss does not showing us way to succeed? but is this really mean?

Some people classify boss as a person who is an expert in womanizing. Because he always connect you to classic babes.

wow is there something like this? i think that is not about being a boss but an IDOL.

There is a guy in my area that always post his his boss on social media praising him always. But I haven't seen any impact his boss has added to his life. So the thought keeps me wondering who should be called a boss?

It is good to have a boss whom we follow and respect a person who exercises control or authority who directs or supervises employees.
