My last bet was staked multiple days before the adjustment (jan 27th). The error likely occurred as bets were being settled around the 31st-1st feb, so I never used any money from the error to place new bets.
When I check all my betting history, everything is settled properly so I don't understand the problem.
I am in contact with their support team via email now who asked me to compile all my sportsbet P/L and send it to them so their accounting team can verify.
I see, actually they do not need that info/bets history from you, should be not hard for them to check it from their backoffice after you reported the issue to them.
Perhaps that's what happened. If OP wrongly won 10x more than they should have and then played with that money and won other bets, they could all be considered void unfortunately.
True, because most of the casino will mentioned about these on their T&C.

11.3. We have the right to recover from you any amount overpaid and to adjust your Account to rectify any mistake. An example of such a mistake might be where a price is incorrect or where we enter a result of an event incorrectly. If there are insufficient funds in your Account, we may demand that you pay us the relevant outstanding amount relating to any erroneous bets or wagers. Accordingly, we reserve the right to cancel, reduce or delete any pending plays, whether placed with funds resulting from the error or not.
