Before you are asking other people, I want to know know what is your target to buy Bitcoin? Do you expect to buy at a certain rate?
If you target to sell the Bitcoin at its ATH, you can buy Bitcoin now. You must be aware the current ATH is around $69k, it is still quite far from the current price. If we analyze every bullrun season, the price of Bitcoin must have a new ATH, it means higher than the current ATH. So, it is quite safe to buy Bitcoin now because the price will raise significantly.

I don't know if there will be another huge dump. But I think it is quite safe to buy Bitcoin around $42k - $43k. I'm not sure if Bitcoin may drop again below $40k because it seems to try passing again $45k in the near future.

Too risky to buy now because of the possible big drop and no one can tell if this is going to happen or not.

I agree with you, Like what Warren Buffet said "don't invest in what you don't know" it is a mature thought as an investor to understand the unknown risks.
