Base chain got invaded by the Solana's jeet devs this week, as activity is picking up on the chain. Happy Base degens that had been, until now, alone on the fast and cheap Ethereum L2, suddenly experienced multiple rugs right left and center, as the worst kind of humanity (Solana jeet devs) followed liquidity.So we, Base degens, invoked the blockchain gods for retribution. And so Solana was striken by an outage. Our first statement. Solana was, temporarily, no more.
Our second act took shape in a Base degens' telegram group. We brainstormed among us for a while, and someone suggested we gather all of our strengths and unite all the Base communities behind a single token, as Base doesn't have its own token.
We created a single community-driven token, free from rug. It's now in the hands of the strongest diamond hands on Base, which are the same people that held $Toshi and $Mochi from sub-$1m Mcap and sub-$300k Mcap projects respectively a few months ago, to $50m+ and $25m+ projects today. A lot of these people becoming whales in the process.
We called that token: the Nolana token on Base, as a jokeWe unified all the Base factions under a single banner, regardless of anyone's catcoin preference, and are now pushing this from 0 to millions, at the onset of Base season, as a demonstration of strength.
