How can we trust this exchange the first thing that I noticed is that the exchange is a Russian exchange the domain registrant contact is registered in the US Canada.

Trading or exchanging Crypto for other payment methods from this site is very risky I can't trust a site that only gives random addresses in registrant contact. I can't also find real reviews from other sites about this I don't know if the comments from Bestexchange are from real users or not.

Truly, even the positive feedbacks on their official domain and on tracking and monitoring platforms seem exaggerated, with almost no complaints or negative reviews. It appears that those who wrote these feedbacks are not real customers who have actually tried the Top-exchange platform. For example, one of the feedbacks I attached in the screenshot claims that he lost his funds after putting the wrong deposit address, but after being helped by the Top-exchange team to input the correct wallet address, he was able to receive his funds back. However, what he wrote contradicts the agreements and terms stipulated by this exchange platform. 



Also, as you and rat03gopoh mentioned, the fact that this platform has been delisted from all platforms that provide monitoring and tracking of exchange platforms is a clear red flag indicating that this exchange platform did not meet the listing requirements and may have turned into a clear scam operation.
