As much as I know, non of the legitimate Bitcoin trading and investment platforms have the provisions for rewarding any of its investors who brings in or referers individuals to come in onboard to the Bitcoin industry.
You don't need these third parties to invest in Bitcoin. There are claims that there are some genuine centralised platforms but most of them end up becoming scam projects. For me, one of the indicators of an unreliable platform is when they promise rewards for referrals.
This is to let the beginners and the in need of help guides to understand clearly that it is better to concentrate on your individual affair in this Bitcoin industry so that you don't get activated on initiating uninterested people in the industry who may have you to be blamed if the market goes South as a nature of the currencies volatilities and also you don't get convinced and falls a victim by any form of scamming platforms that may claim that they have rewards for any newcomer or your endivoirs to bring other persons to the platform.
You can introduce and teach somebody about Bitcoin but the decision to invest should be the person's choice. And you should advise the person to do his research before having an interest in investing.

Due to the decentralization and self custodial system in this Bitcoin space, lot of Internet fraudsters tirelessly stressing on how to victimize any of the loose guarded Bitcoin holders. They are more of interested to hit the less knowledge investors in the industry so, you should take note so that you get enticed by the trends and attractive firms of these scammers.
Social media and fake publications should be avoided when it comes to gathering information. Don't believe these so-called crypto experts who claim to be knowledgeable about the sector. That is why cybersecurity and wallet protection are a major course in the Bitcoin space.
