Is it the real deal or just another scam?

Everything in crypto is both the real deal and a scam.   

The technology behind Bitcoin is the real deal.  The ideas people build on top of it can be scams.  Or they can be real ideas and the authors can be scammers.

Don't fall in love with a technology - look at how the technologies are being used and fall in love with a project.
