If you require a 'legal' card, simply visit any bank, provide your ID, and obtain a free card.
So you're not a legal service.

I don't want to accuse you of anything. It's just that you hadn't made it crystal clear. Now it is.

The legality of services is a philosophical question. Do you consider Bitcoin legal? Remember, you are currently participating in a Bitcoin forum. Bitcoin was designed to preserve user privacy and operates independently of traditional banking systems. However, Bitcoin cannot always be used for online payments. That's precisely why we offer this service.

The legality of services is a philosophical question.
I understand that you've come with good intentions, but if you display this poor judgment, then you'll quickly ruin your reputation. The law -in general- is a field with lots of questioning, but legislation is absolutely not down to question. An activity / service is either legal or illegal.

Do you consider Bitcoin legal?
Bitcoin is both legal and illegal, depending the country. Your service is probably illegal in every country.

$100 USD is the minimum amount required to top up the main account, not for the card. Each new card is issued with a $10 balance and incurs a cost of $30. Thus, you can either create 3 cards, each with a $10 balance, or create a single card and top it up with the remaining funds.
Yeah I watched that video and I still think that fees are much higher than for other virtual cards I used so far.
I registered and created PayWithUs account few weeks ago to test your service, but I never completed it.

My concern is the billing name.
Other cards I used have option to literally enter any name you want, so both card companies allow that for virtual cards (with some limits).
Issue is with name that can't be changed and some websites won't accept cards that have different name.
I wouldn't really argue about legality of anything this days.

We dont force you to buy
Undoubtedly your service is good I know it as I have been using it from the beginning of your post on the forum. But the language you using is not soft. You should be more soft if you can't change anything then tell that as politely. No one here is a competitor of you all are providing their review you can change that or not; that is your fact.

I have used this service and it seems to me a better service. I have purchased service from this card paying instantly as well and I have paid by setting the billing cycle. While google play service can deduct their service fee from this card automatically though I faced little problem for name mismatch.

Here is my experience with this virtual card. (this is not my vouch for this service)

I paid for some small things like registering a domain, buying online tools, etc... I have to admit that everything works without problems, the transactions are accepted immediately. Now, a certain period has already passed and so far I have not received any doubts from the seller about the issue of the transaction. From that point of view, it seems legit.
There were no extra charges from the card provider (only Foreign transaction Fees in some cases)

Based on the bank statement of my transactions, it would be said that the provider is "Teg Federal Credit Union". I haven't done much research on them, I guess the OP can confirm their relationship and terms.

The card I received is obviously with a randomly generated cardholder name and address (US-based), but regardless, it was accepted as such when I made the payment.
I did not dare to connect this card to PayPal, considering that it has a different name on it and I did not want to risk account suspension.

The minimum for a top-up balance is $100, which may be too high, but that was already suggested earlier. To the 5% top-up fee, 2% should be added to the difference calculated by the payment gateway during the deposit request (Coinremitter.com payment gateway is used for deposit). At least that's the difference when I compared it with the price of Bitcoin on preev services.

There are still a lot of unfinished pages like FAQ, and it has been there for a long time. It shouldn't be a big problem and there are plenty of reasons why it needs to be finished.
Also, why is it necessary to pay $30 for the card, to have a $10 balance on it? Why is the card not shown to cost $20, and the balance must be added by the user himself?

This virtual card is functional, it could certainly be useful considering that it offers anonymity for online payments. However, for now, I would not risk larger amounts here, because the owner still does not have a built reputation and we do not know what we can expect from here in the future.

Users can enter any name they want?
And would the custom name match the physical address that is used for specific card?
This can be important when ordering something from internet that needs to be delivered, and merchants are sometimes checking this information.

As far as I know, merchants do not ask for an address registered with the bank. Name, surname, card number and CVV. If you were to buy some physical goods with this card, its anonymity feature loses its importance.
But assigning a custom name can be a very interesting possibility.

Existing users do not have this option. At least I don't see it.

Is there a possibility in the future to reduce the minimum deposit?
Most online things that are paid regularly, monthly or quarterly are much below this amount. I would honestly prefer to transfer only the necessary amount of Bitcoins rather than deposit funds in advance on a virtual service.

This option is available to all users, but only upon request to our support@paywithus.net email and exclusively for new cards. Regarding the pricing, it reflects our current policy, and we do not have plans to make reductions at this time.

No they don't, but if someone is purchasing something from let's say Aliexpress or Ebay, address with name need to match or they could refuse payment and flag your card and account.

But assigning a custom name can be a very interesting possibility.
This feature already exist on other virtual cards I use, it's nothing special, but it's useful for the same reasons I mentioned above.
