hi . i was using rollbit and got from a buddy tip of 500$.
now i was trying to withdraw this and my account got banned right away and the money was gone.. account was back to 0.
the support open my account and asked me to kyc my self. i did it and they said i got banned from their site in the past by i didnt it was prob someone in my family that got banned but not me and i proved that with my personal id and everything!.

now i try to talk with support about it and they said they have nothing to add in this case and now they wont even reply no more..

for some people like me 500$ is quite a lot of money .

idk what to do anymore and i hope razor the admin can help me out here can someone make him read it plz.

i am not my famliy members i do know one of them got banned for something but what is that have to do with me? like wtf..

and i would love to keep playing on rollbit and more importently where is the 500 i had and even if i get banned why u guys take my money and wont even tell me why or wtf is going on the support is just ignoring ..

razor if u see if here it was the only place i could maybe get u to notice this case..

You are banned would not be because your family member was banned from using the site. You are banned would most likely be because you also disobeyed one of the rules of Rollbit.

What happened:: long story short i got tipped 500 from someone . went to the withdraw page try to withdraw and my account got locked and banned..
after this  they said they will open my account to kyc.
i did kyc as they ask and they said i was banned before there so they banned me again. now i never was banned before there i think one of my famliy member was but i am not in touch with him anymore..
my id and everything i provided to them was never in rollbit and i never got banned or anything. also i did played there and did a few depo and lost them all. but the secend i try to do my first cashout i get banned and the 500 gone from the balance and their support said nothing to add here and ignore me and they dont reply no more.. i just want to be able to play on rollbit and get my money back i never did nothing wrong!.

As @Oshondy already mentioned. Your case is about violating the casino ToS. Probably the casino has a record of your IP and matched to a previously ban account. Or the account that tip you that amount have a problem on Rollbit that’s why your new account is immediately connected on it.

Do you use VPN while playing because there’s a chance that you use an IP share by someone who was ban on the Rollbit casino before. This kind of case is very hard to defend especially if Rollbit have a proof for account connection.

so the account that tipped me is someone that diamond there and he still cashout and dont have any prob so its not a problem like that.  the user that tipped me is someone who tip a lot of people in chat..
and about the ip idk i dont think its the same ip but maybe i did login ones from my parents home idk i dont remmber ..

and no i dont use vpn as i can recall .

and if one of my famliy member is banned so it means now i am banned to? they can do that?

Sorry about this but it looks like your family member who got banned had very similar identities and for a casino, the system must have flagged it as a second account which is absolutely against the Terms and Conditions of not just Rollbit but any other gambling website.

You may have to forget about the money because it looks like a lost cause.

But you are acting like the family member of yourself. It isn't difficult to complete the KYC verification with a family member or someone else personal documents. You are talking about your family member whose Rollbit account is connected with you, but you haven't talked with him for 7 months! That's a nice story. It is also interesting that you know your family member account is banned on Rollbit with whom you are talking after 7 months. Casino detect multiple accounts through the IP or MAC address, browser fingerprinting, betting pattern, crypto addresses, etc. Your story will make those evidences strong.

They've been banned on several accounts prior to this one. The reason is fraud.

We have a zero tolerance policy for this activity, especially when it targets our customers.

This is a serious charge against you, because you have violated their policy. Now if you have any other evidence that proves that you have not engaged in any activity that violates the policy then you can post it here.

I've posted this a few times but my question with a case like this is can Rollbit take deposits even if the ToS says they can confiscate deposits. If this was in a court of law, that clause wouldn't be considered legal and the deposit would be returned. The winnings can be confiscated but not deposits.

Another thing I've mentioned a few times, let's ignore this case here, in the future do we just accept what a book states or is proof needed that a player has multiple accounts?

So you tried to cash in a $500 tip you got from someone without gambling at all? I'm pretty sure no casino would allow that because it's against the AML policy.

for some people like me 500$ is quite a lot of money .

In that case, I suggest that you quit gambling altogether.  It sounds like it's causing you more harm than good.

There are inconsistencies in your story and a clear accusation from Rollbit that you were "banned on several accounts before this one. The reason is fraud." You don't have any convincing evidence.

As for the fact that you were blocked because one of your family members was blocked in the past, this is a strange coincidence that two members of the same family are blocked on the same IP!! Huh Huh I do not expect that Rollbit blocked you just because you used the same previously blocked IP, they must have other strong proof that you committed the violation and fraud.

I've posted this a few times but my question with a case like this is can Rollbit take deposits even if the ToS says they can confiscate deposits. If this was in a court of law, that clause wouldn't be considered legal and the deposit would be returned. The winnings can be confiscated but not deposits.

Pure curiosity, why is it not legal from the perspective of law? Both parties entered a binding agreement, the user violated one or two or even more clauses on the agreement, of which they're agreed with the consequences and outcome for said breach of agreement.

Another thing I've mentioned a few times, let's ignore this case here, in the future do we just accept what a book states or is proof needed that a player has multiple accounts?

This is the importance of taking every case on this board with case-by-case approach, because on several cases, the casino seems vague and weaponize their ToS, on half other, the accusers are the ones questionable because their story are full of hole.

I have read many times that the casino sees its client very well, and the IP address is just some part of which matches may exist. The rest of the trackers, as Mahdirakib answered in maximum detail,
can see all system equipment, which signals to the casino that the participant is not a unique client. Multi-accounts are monitored; the richer the casino, the better its equipment for detecting cheaters.
Do not break the rule: one player, one computer, or purchase equipment so that it can identify you to the casino as one unique client.

I'll use an absurd example. If the ToS says that you can shoot a player for multi-accounting, the judge is going to throw that out since killing is illegal. Now does the judge consider confiscating deposits illegal since it's the same as stealing? Tricky call.

You have the right idea in both your statements taking it case by case. If a player opens up 3 or 4 accounts there has to be some type of deterrent so I can see confiscating deposits being fine.

Well, it seems you have received a reply from the Rollbit representative on the allegation you made against them. In the what cannot be denied is that you were in breach of their terms and conditions on multiple occasions therefore they had every right to take action. Furthermore, they have advised you that your accounts will be locked every time you create a new account as you are not welcome at Rollbit.

My advice is to move on and forget both Rollbit and this incident. If you want to continue gambling you should find an alterative website but do not try to cheat their system or you will face the same fate there. You should lock this thread.
