Yes, I have noticed that he's not accepting newbies for those free testnet BTC but I guess if a newbie requests him then he might give them some of those testnet BTC.

I haven't personally used the faucets to gain some testnet BTC because I don't need it but has anyone gained some good amount of testnet BTC from those faucets?

I have noticed that a few of those sites are still online and working and OP might give those a try and see if he can gets enough testnet BTC or not.

OP you should try this one as well as it seems to be a good faucet.

I used one from the list a while back, got 0.01 tBTC. I don't remember exactly but it was likely — https://tbtc.bitaps.com/ — because it drips 0.01 tBTC, but doesn't seem to work anymore, keeps giving errors.

Btw, no one should need 0.1 tBTC, tests are doable with less than 0.001 for 99.9% of cases...

Actually, I'm about to ask if someday the testnet Bitcoin will have value in the future but I think I can answer it on my own. For some reason if someone needs testnet Bitcoin and if I have some I probably can ask for an exchange or fee. In short I will not be giving it for free. It may not expensive but at least you need to pay.

Wrong wording on my part, it doesn't have commercial value but faucets give little and it should take a while to fetch 0.1/0.2 tBTC, from that perspective no one will give it for free as it takes good time to gather such amount.

If I can remember some Bitcoin newbies have been victims of accepting tBTC as payment mainnet BTC.
With the institutional investors going hard on Bitcoin lately, in the future there's a chance that some people will pay for tBTC. I said in the future, I once saw a thread created on this forum where the dev need tBTC and is willing to any amount requested from the owner.
