Lately, we've been complaining about the number of shit post or off topic post in the board and although I don't post all that frequently, I just decided to run through the list of frequent faces that post regularly on the board and I observe that it's mostly new people like us that are mostly newbie, jnr member, member and a few of full member rank in the board that are frequently posting here. It seems to me that the higher the rank of our members of this board, the less interested they are in posting in the local board.

We know that the best way to correct people is to do the thing you are advising them on so I'm thinking that if our snr bosses can post more in the board, he number of shit post will reduce. We are just new in the forum and might not be all too experience to make post all that quality post but if we have mixture of quality post and some bit of low quality post, it won't be a big deal at all and with time when the new members like us have learnt enough to enable us make meaningful bitcoin related post, it would be easier for us.

I also checked what is happening in other local bord and came across a particular thread that gave statistic on the list of monthly active board in the forum, if I'm not wrong, NIJa local board has always been among the top three most active board with Russia having almost three times of our monthly post. It then suggest that we aren't posting all that much to be honest.

And so I'm suggesting that our higher rank members should participate more in the board discussion so the board will be more active and the quality of our post will also improve.

You have a point in suggesting that the higher rank members should be more active in creating threads in the local board but notwithstanding, there is no exclusion of any rank in creating threads inasmuch as the Posts are meaningful and of good qualities. Though the only thing is to advise the newbies to learn and be more concerned about making replies to threads rather than creating threads that are meaningless, of low quality, off topics and shit posting. I think that would be the best suggestion but telling higher rank members to be creating threads may not really work because not every higher rank members are interested in the local board and moreover, you can't just create a thread when you don't have any meaningful thing say.

It is noted that our local is very active in the forum but let it be that the activeness is spent on making quality posts rather than making demeaning posts as no one gains good reputation and recognition by making irrelevant posts.

This is a valid point because it is true that the newbies can learn from the established members. If many established members are not posting topics/replies (especially topics that will be more helpful) on the local board, you can visit the English boards to see how established posters are posting. It is not that different from how posting pattern should be on local board.

Absolutely, you have said something valuable because most of us that are new in the forum still have a lot to learn especially from other high ranking members. I think with there experience in this forum bringing more of quality topics and contributing to our local board will help low ranking members to learn carefully and stop posting off topics and shit posting. And to add, post that are not relevant or baseless the OP should be inboxed on how to improve  or corrected on their thread and comments.

Op I deeply commend you on this,  am not saying that we who is posting some shit as they may tag it is write, but is very wrong as a father or mother to leave your house just because your son is not doing the right thing , I think the best is to continue teaching which boiled down to your post, them leaving the forum with lesser post make it worst than good we need them for correction as much we are ready to learn from them, and it's only through this their post we can learn. Besides I don't think naija dey carry last for anything, all we need now just make them still they correct us by Post and give sanction to whoever and area that deserves such. This matter choke shall op I done they reason this thing but could not say anything because it do worry my mind because from my stay in this naija board all I do see mostly is post from newbies, member junior only few of the legendary that do something here why we have many, I know most of us are still learning and there is no how you can expect the learner or student to be as the teacher, we are bond to make mistake but the mistake would have been better corrected through them posting regularly so as we read and study we learn the best procedural way of how posting related bitcoin can be handled, though allot of pin post is there but we need more of the new work because, if you go down in some months past is like trying to bring in non trending topics which may not go well in the board I know they are trying because allot is facing them as responsibility but what I don't like is the way most of them don't even want to have anything doing with the local board because of newbie posting rubbish instead of correcting observed error for me is a way of saying that let your own spoiled. Correction is best done by puting eyes regularly to make sure the right thing is done either posting to show the way or sanction wrong thing to avoid repeat instead of condemning without correction I know some of our senior men are really helping but we are saying more  should  be shown to better the forum we appreciate them.

no be lie you talk brother man and I I think e been get one when this matter don been come board and one of the reason people been talk about na based on say some of the signature campaign when some of our snr men de involved in restrict them from posting in any local board and I guess that's one major reason you might not see much of their post in the board.

Another thing you should understand is that this is a discussion forum and although striving to become one of the most active board isn't out of place but but you should also know that unless a senior members or any particular ranked individual see a meaningful topic to create a thread on, most of them wouldn't want to create an irrelevant post.

What the Op said is correct but if the established members create thread or make a reasonable posts in the board the newbies do not bother to make comments or asked questions if they don't understand but instead they would create threads that are not meaningful and you will see only the the few people would reply to the thread. So with that many of the established members abandoned the board. There was a time those who have not been to the local board also coming here to post because at that time the board was good but later the shit posts and the spamming made them to leave again.

The major cause of off point posting is because some of them don't read they are just lazy to read as such as such they do not get the basics for so things before bringing it up the platform

I want to commend Charles-tim, for im efforts for dis our local board, for my observation without blowing his trumpet, anybody wey de active for dis our local board go testify say among our ogas dem for dis board, im follow de try pass for posting matter.
