I do agree with OP's title. Emotions are the walls to gamblers because they cannot decide better if they are filled with either hate, revenge, or too much joy from a big win. I can tell because I have been there and what happened was actually revenge. It's funny how your emotions can get to you when gambling.

A funny story just happened to one of my friend and I really felt for him although it was still out of his stupidity that made him nake such stupendous mistake and once that feeling grew on him it's almost impossible to stop it.

As for me, I see patience as a practice because you need it in life. If you aren't patience in life, there are some drastic decisions you will make and you will regret making it because you were so quick to make them.
