You can set up a real foundation and add the top cryptocurrencies as payment option if you really want to help. Another thing is that there is limited utility for such token so I don't see the potential growth.

And even those charities are sketchy, since one of them was accused of the biggest telemarketing scam on the history of the US, and many other companies surged based on the model that the people behind it created, so if you want to help any family that lost one of their members when performing their duties, find a way to do this directly, that way all the money that you give to them can be used in whatever way they see fit.

Most projects that offer utility to help other people, donations, etc have been released in the past. The price and everything is not really have a good impact and most the times these concept are just been taken by some scammer.

The model utility is similar just on different section, I'm sure ended the same things.

I have seen charity projects and still do not understand why anyone would invest in them. The reason is that there are other ways to support a cause and a charity project on the blockchain does not make a difference. I have seen such projects failing as they do not provide any solid reason to pump money into their tokens. Another important aspect is that this project is dedicated to a country in specific. Why would anyone who is not a citizen of that country invest in it as it does not even benefit global fallen first responders?

What I consider are the red flags is that your token won't be able to deliver the profits as none of us are here to donate our money.  The second red flag for me is that your team is hidden and I cannot trust anyone hidden asking for donation. The third red flag for me is your mission statement which says according to your website, "to use blockchain technology as a force for good by assisting the families of fallen first responders". Three red flags, either it is a scam, or the project founders have zero knowledge of how cryptocurrency markets work.

This is a get-rich attempt by the developers of this project, I have seen projects like this in the past, they just used a cause to entice investors to invest, the developers are anonymous when they should not be, when you're doing a crowdfunding people have the right to know who are the people behind the project, are they leaders of the industry they are representing, are they capable and understand the industry they are representing.
It's easy for this kind of project to vanish because you do not know who are the people you are giving your money.

Is there a DAO that can monitor and mange funds raised for the project that would ensure that funds gets across to the said parties? Because It's one thing to raise funds for a cause, it's another thinking to execute the cause to the latter?

I have seen countless project with such initiatives as the one in OP and they just ended up running away with the money that most of their community members put into the pot for such causes. I have follow-up questions to ask but I'd wait for a response to the one above before proceeding.

coins with charity projects are difficult to develop. because if it's a charity project, the person must have a very high level of trust, not even be anonymous, you can't see the address of the office or the person. Philanthropy project, the person and address must be clear and trusted. Without that, no one will be interested in your coins. and if it's a philanthropy project, it's better to use trusted coins like BNB, BTC or eth. or use fiat coins like USDT

Sounds like just a way for the project to take advantage of the kind-heartedness of people. There are probably a lot of legit foundations out there that support said families of first responders, no need to support some dumb coin or project. While I get the appeal that people can earn while trying to support others, it's much more solid and trustworthy that a project only really supports one.

It also doesn't help that a LOT of projects before have done the same, but have made no real impact on said group they wanted to help. Hardly doubt this would be the same. Much prefer a project focus on their users first then follow up with support with whatever they want afterwards.

I would support an NGO that helps families of these type of people or first responders. But if I'll invest on a project that mainly does this? No. And that's because any project that's timing going to come out nowadays are due to the bull run trying their luck if they'd get volume or not.

Anyway, there's no need to get into such goal if there have been ways of supporting them without having the invest and make it look like a token distribution.

Most of these projects will just be the same of trying to show sympathy and effort for some niche for the community. But in the end, they're all the same of making these projects produce new tokens for people to invest and devs to earn.

If the project is supported by legal authorities and they allowed to conduct a crowdfunding to get funded on their planned project then yes I will support this. But if this is launch by random group of people online and doesn't have any reputation build then they pop up out of nowhere then I will have doubts to give my support since scams are everywhere and frauds will do all the techniques just to deceive people. They sometimes use the emotions of people just to get those funds and take advantage for their own benefits.

That's why I always go on reputable platform or government accredited institution so I would know that the funds donated will go to the real affected person and they can enjoy the money given to them.

Sorry to be skeptical and its better to think like that since remember that money is root of evil and I don't want to waste my time also money on scams.
