Oh, this is quite unrealistic.
I saw some Tweets by Elon Musk that had a reach of "only" 1.7mil. Somehow I can't imagine how he charges $800 for that.
Even farmers who can easily make fake views will charge more.

How is this campaign related to Rollbit I didn't see any promotion on their official thread nor did you drop on their official thread to announce this promotion, are you a second or third party for Rollbit promotion, this is important to make this contest legit.
Like what @ examplens stated you cannot come out with that number without resorting to using a cheat, you have to be a prominent personality to reach that number of views even famous personalities cannot reach that number, how did you come out with that required number of views if, I would rather apply for Adsense if I can come out with 1 million views on my Youtube channel.

The campaign is official done by rollbit.
Their is a referal program for this hence why I am promoting it here.

The numbers are quite doable to reach. I've seen many people who just started making posts because of this, and they reach multiple thousands views per post. ( mostly Instagram reels and yt shorts).
Note, all the views you gain will be counted.
