Yes, what you see in the image I attached is indeed what appears on the Ethercrash platform. It's worth noting that this is already an unknown casino platform, and if you take a look at its ANN thread here on the forum, you'll find that the thread hasn't been updated since 2022, and their representative here has been inactive since December 2020. The recent pages in the ANN contain negative feedback from customers who have been scammed and have warned against this gambling platform, as shown in the following quotes:

A year ago, every investor including myself got their funds taken. They are scammers and It's shocking that they have such a high rating on here. Investors got scammed, and I got my funds personally locked and stolen by the owner. I'm trying to bring awareness to this to stop others from making the same mistake of depositing.


Do not make the same mistake I did. The investors were scammed of thousands of ETH, and the owner shamelessly locks peoples funds stopping them from withdrawing then takes them for himself. He is a pathetic shameless casino owner. No wonder the playerbase consists of 1-2 people then a handfull of bots.

Additionally, the social media accounts for the ethercrash platform are also inactive, with no updates available. I don't know how you can currently communicate with them to address your concerns and the concerns of those who have placed their funds on this abandoned platform. Truly sorry for your loss.

I tried looking for any social media channels like Telegram or Discord. Even on the archived version of the site, they didn't have any options for a user to contact support. We can not be sure if the casino is genuinely undergoing an upgrade, or they just decided to exit-scam. Time will tell. In the past, they would go offline or even had scam accusations which they would promptly resolve.

Yeah. This is what it is going to be if the update is a real thing or just another reason for them to have their exit on a manner.

Are you one of them? and how much is your fund remaining there? If they're giving importance to their investor and even not the investors but to their loyal players or customers, they should have given some notice beforehand doing an update or maintenance. For how many days this message has been showing? There's not that much information about the timeframe on how long this update will be able. I guess that it is what it is and think of it as a likely exit scam.

I am, not as an investor but as a player.
I've been there for a while, occasionally depositing some money and playing. I have around $500-600 left.
I'm looking at one of the addresses where deposits go, and it doesn't seem like they're in trouble.

This is not the first time that Ethercrash has been in trouble. Previously one of their cofounders ran away with some investors money during another blackout.

I would suggest the OP to wait it out but assume the bad because these things are not uncommon in crypto. Their representatives on this site have been away for more than 4years now.

Offtopic:  you might want to go on chatboxes of sites like Bustabit - a lot of the users there like Gumhead and FotherMucker are very chatty and often have info about these neighboring crash sites.

Solved. I can confirm I found my funds when site was back so they did not scammed anybody as far as I know.

I've checked where your money has been sent, and it is on this address: https://etherscan.io/address/0xdc626ec0ea4b0f2181d02989b75fe94939fb24d2
Surprisingly, most of the transactions from that address has happened two days ago and that means that the owner of it have been transferring in and out from that address to another one. You can check the other addresses where it has been out, this isn't a good sign. If that's what happened to your address where you've deposited then it only means that money has been transferred quickly. Who knows? how long you guys will have to wait? We don't know.  
As with their ANN thread, it's totally dead and inactive and their rep last logged in was since 3 years ago.

It's still in progress as well on my end. I don't know if they're able to up that for a moment but it's not working on my end too.

Have you tried refreshing the browser with CTRL + F5?
Everything seems to be working fine now, and my money is back in place.
They have some Discord channels, but I'm not familiar with them.

It now works on me as I've visited it now. But when I've visited there earlier, believe me that it's not working on my end.

Good that they're back and if no one has been scammed and they really got into an upgrade or maintenance then that's the good twist here. If I were both of you, I'll start to withdraw my funds there because you'll never know what may happen. Test it if they're going to allow you to withdraw successfully. That's better to be tested because if I am in both of your situation, I'd freak out and will do that asap.

The only way to tell if they are scammers or not is by making a withdrawal request and see if it gets processed normally or not. Being online again doesn't mean anything. It could be a trap to get more victims and run away with more money than they already got. Just saying!
Anyway, their reputation here is not good and going offline for two long without notifying their customers is not a good sign.
