This is interesting. Anyway, I would like to have one of this but sadly I can't for some reason which I won't disclose except my identity being known to them and also the address to receive the product but I think €50 is okay for me if that includes the payment for shipment since there's a fee for shipping products and as I explained that my address and name will be shown to them which I don't want and also many people doesn't want to publicize their identity especially their home address.

Why is this forum thread posted in the Gambling forum? This has nothing to do with crypto gambling or sports betting.
I don't think there is any conflict of interest for posting it on Gambling board. After all the club is promoting Bitcoin and a club means there will be sports and sports means gambling.
I also believe that this is the main reason why this is posted in this board and also there's no other board that suited the best for this kind of topic. If this is not in gambling then gambling discussion would also be fine.

This is interesting. Bulgaria is a nation that is trying their best to see how they could adopt Bitcoin irrespective of the fact that their haven't made any statement as to their adoption of Bitcoin neither have they placed any restriction on Bitcoin adoption in their country but however, her citizens are very much enthusiastic about Bitcoin and are really doing the needful for themselves by accepting Bitcoin as a means of exchange for goods and services as the cases may be.
This singular act by the football club shows so much love for Bitcoin and I wish other big clubs all round the world in Crypto friendly nations could follow their steps to accepting Bitcoin for tickets and other activities which involves payment in the club be done in bitcoin. It would trigger a spike in bitcoin usage in their various countries and likewise their fan support base globally would also pick interest in it.
This act shows so much love for money. Don`t be foolish. For such club it doesn`t matter what logo they will wear if it brings them money. When you talk about top teams - they can choose sponsor and if you see BTC on the Real or MC club - it is serious. But when you see BTC on the form of the noname club - it means only one thing - they wants more money.
You are correct. We all know everyone organisation and individual wants more money so I would not be surprised if that is their intentions and if that is a strategy for them to get more money it is left for them as I have no idea what they are up to but I only see it as a good publicity and awareness campaign they have put up for their fans to know more about Bitcoin which is very much encouraging and applaudable.
Of course i don`t see something bad in it. We live in the real world and everybody needs money. So if they have an opportunity to get money using BTC - i can only applaud it. At least several fans will teach how to use BTC, somebody will like it, etc. Anyway we don`t pay for such kind of marketing, so it is just promotion for free. I`ve just matched that the club don`t cares about BTC.

Thats cool but also not really surprising. these sport teams need funds and money to keep the team alive. sports are expensive and when you are professionally competing it would be even more expensive.
i think this gives proper exposure to both the team and bitcoin so its definitely a win-win situation here.
this reminds me of a f1 team, alpine, being sponsored by binance and is offering fan tokens
this shows how relevant crypto is and how it is being used widely by influential people in the world.
Why not surprising? Has any football club done this before? I think the ones that I saw are only being sponsored by a crypto gambling or crypto exchange. Also the one here can sell their shirt and other items using BTC as payment method, and yeah it's so cool. Don't worry about the funds because like I and OP said, they are having a business and then they might also accept donations.

For sure, a lot of BTC/crypto enthusiast are going to donate at them as they love their initiative, and what if one day they can also get a sponsorship? But I think, fame is not enough to get one but they also need to play better, if in case they don't yet.

I don't feel surprised at all about this information because football clubs have already started adopting cryptocurrencies for a very long time now. As of 2019, when I fully gave my time to learning about Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies, there were some football fan altcoins I knew about. The first fan token I know about was AC Milan, etc. I am really impressed that Botev Plovdid have to take this action even before some of the other big clubs like Chelsea, Manchester United, Arsenal, etc. Although I still believe that Bitcoin has a lot more good news to spark, as time goes on, many other big firms will continue to adopt and use it, which will bring about more popularity and adoption for Bitcoin.

I don`t sure, but as i remember - Watford wanted to make print BTC and sell shirts in 18-19 season. Today they have Stake.com as a sponsor
Benfica sold souvenirs for cryptocurrencies the same time, Miami Dolphins accepted LTC for payment, West Ham and some more teams created their fan tokens, etc.
So it is not new idea to get some more money from cryptocurrency users.
