SCAM! Bets.io stole 1800$ including my deposit

Hello, 21.11. I made account on bets.io. I saw many positive reviews on trustpilot so i deposited 762usdt and start playing. After few days i made a bet in sportsbook which i won so my balance went to 1800$ (i bet it also on other bookmakers), i wanted to continue betting but i didnt find nothing interested on site so 10.12 i made withdrawal of 900usdt. Next day i noticed my withdrawal was rejected and i cant login to my account anymore. I recieved automatic email that there are some requirements in the email they sent me before (but i didnt recieve any) so i contacted support and asked if i need to fullfill some information. They said they verifying my account and i need to wait. After few days i contacted them again and they said account was closed and balance extracted. Reason? They recieved information regarding tampering with the results of fraud. Which is definitely not true, it was normal game, paid with every other bookmaker. And even if bookmaker decide to void bets, there is no reason to steal deposit.

They also told me money was debited from my account to compensate their loss (which is really funny reason)

Maybe it was a normal bet and other betting site has considered it as a winning bet. But your betting activity won't be considered as normal by the odds provider if you place bets on the same event on multiple sportsbook. What are the other betting sites where you had placed your bets? You just placed a single bet, and you have won it, then waited a few days before requesting the withdrawal. Don't you think that your activity was strange?

Hi, i always place my bets on multiple sportsbook, everyone who bets larger ammounts do that and its completely legal. Why should i be worried if my activity is strange on or not. I didnt violate any rules, didnt place arbitrage. They just flagged game as fixed without any evidence. Even if you place bets on fixed game without knowing its fixed there is no reason to steal someones deposit and said you did it to compensate your loss.

This is one of the worst excuses I have even seen from a casino as a means to claim users deposits and the amount they won from betting.
 
But before I start, let me ask you: @Op, was the withdrawal that you made that was rejected the first and only withdrawal that was made since your account registration? Have you not received any successful withdrawals?
 
And in the past, do you have any accounts that violated the casino rules? I'm asking all this because I need to know the reason and where you have cost the casino something that they need to compensate for with your deposit. If it was something of abuse, at least they should return your deposit to you.
 
Without drawing conclusions, hearing from the other side of the story will also go a long way. They have an ANN thread here, and their campaign was paused a few weeks ago. Hopefully, we might be able to get a reply from their representative.

Hello, thanks for understanding, i was really surprised when i saw it.

Yes it was my first and only withdrawal.
i never had this kind of experience with other casino. I had accounts on almost all bitcointalk online casinos)
I also have second active complain with seabet.io but its different story, seabet is unlicensed casino and they started scamming many players.

I also want to say there was around 2 week gap between placing the bets and requesting withdrawal, (whole 2 weeks account was active without issues, so bets.io tried to wait if i lose money on their site before they stole my money.
