Know that we have forum recognition. What that matters that gives recognition on this forum is your posting quality and not how bad your country is.

Do not praise Nigeria as if there are no scammers. The country economy is bad. Lack of employment makes many youth to take cyber criminal activities as work. The guy is not wrong at all. Can you not even see what is happening internally in Nigeria now. There is something wrong internally and externally, as long as people wants to make money. You see the high rate of kidnapping, all for a means to make money.

Do not say you want forum recognition that people should not have freedom to post what is going on in their country. If you think that he is wrong, go and post there and correct him like I have posted before. And in fact, you have nothing to correct than the world itself cruel. Hey man it hurts to read about something like this on this forum especially when it is coming from a Nigerian, knowing that we Nigerians on the forum are working hard to most to uphold our integrity and make other see us in good light. The disadvantages with topics like this is that those who aren't mature enough will easily generalize to the rest of the population which is not good. However, there is a lot we can do to at least discourage any generalizations. It is true that many Nigerians are into internet fraud but it is also true that many Nigerians are into very honest businesses that have solve so many of the world problems. These people are in the limelight and they are more than those who got their wealth through frauds. Thes responsibility lies on us to tell a different story to the world - We have people like Asisat Oshoala, Blessing Okagbare, Victor Moses, Ahmed Musa, Alex Iwobi, Kelechi Promise Iheanacho, Seye Ogunlewe, Peter Odemwingie, Sim Shagaya, Basket Mouth, Chidiogo Akunyili. Clarence Peters, Bosun Tijani, Bankole Cardoso, Yemi Alade, Alex Iwobi, Asuquo Ekpenyong, Don Jazzy, Seyi Taylor, Wizkid. We can all drive the conversations around these Nigerians and change the narrative. You too can as well talk about yourself. You are not into fraud. You wouldn't be reading this if you were.

Firstly I don't get what you're trying to say and I wished I understood what the op is trying to create right now, people should understand the difference between creating topic for discussion and informing the public about the current situation, I wished the op would have written something better like after listing the problems try and create something new like a solution for everyone to learn. After blabbing and talking nonsense everyone will still face the hardship then there's no point creating such nonsense like "if you're not rich you can't feed well" like who asked for such opinion.
Everybody here know say the country current situation too hard so why informing the public without listing a solution, I believe everyone is here to learn so I can decide to learn from one or two opinion listed but there's nothing to even learn.

lol hope the person that told you that they pay weekly here told how things work, is true that you can earn some extra cash through this forum but is not easy as you have Heard. Before you can be qualified for any weekly payments, you first need to rank up and to rankup you need something called merit and to get merit you need, to know how the forum work and learn more about bitcoin so that you can contribute and same time earn merit.

The op has a point to some extent but I will disagree with the case of reporting anyone. Recently, this idea of reporting is everywhere on social media which I think is very bad. If we start reporting people over small issues , what will it profit us in their downfall.

To me, I think the poster must have posted of the frustration of the country economy. Look at it , people finds it difficult to live up to standard just because they can afford things due to dollar to naira crisis.
I do not thing we should hide our shame, let be published so that people in authority can do something about th the shame.

If the forum will look at that before picking moderators and merit sources from the local board, then the system is not fair to the Nigerians in the forum. Just like every other country in the world, scammers and good people nest everywhere and it differs to what extent they are in a particular location. The OP shouldn’t have just come up to say such about his country, although he must have been saying it out of context or joy of writing about scamming. He might also have said it because he is only aware of what is happening in his country without comparing it to what is happening outside of his country before making conclusions. I hope he learns from the corrections he gets from this thread.

This is a more recent data about countries that scams the most in the world. It is not about the data but about your country not appearing in the list at all. This is not something beneficial that we will be glad that we have improved and not maintaining the higher position we were once in before.

The newbie is talking out of point. To even say that you came to the forum for the sake of earning dollars weekly is not something that one should proudly see out there. Even though it is nothing if you go out there to make something for your pocket, I don't think that should be your major reason why you are here. The forum is not all about making dollars but a data bank where you can learn a lot of information and get a lot of understanding on how Bitcoin and other cryptos operate.

 You can be able to invest and trade Bitcoin among other things that revolve around Bitcoin and cryptocurrency. It is not enough for you to say that you came to the forum for the purpose of making dollars. That means you wouldn't come with a passion that you need to survive in the forum because, as far as I'm concerned, the forum is a well-disciplined place and it hasn't gone against its core values, one of which is to impart knowledge of digital currencies such as cryptocurrencies to the forum members.

The forum has also taken into account that to introduce local boards as a means of identifying the diversity that is in us and giving us that sense of belonging to contribute and also learn from activity and events that are happening within our own society or country, as well as how countries are adopting the use of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.

Saying that someone told you that money been made here and that's probably the reason why you came to the forum, I don't think that person has exposed you to the core objectives of this forum. Therefore, it may end up being problematic for you because you may not be able to understand the rules and guidelines guided by this forum and result in breaching the set rules and guidelines which is not what we hope for.

I also don't believe that freedom of speech should allow someone to disgrace his country outside the world. Some Nigerians are looking for the slightest opportunity to pounce on the integrity of the country, and we cannot allow that to happen because we should not allow our country to go out with the notion of being a nation for scammers or painting us black in the face of the world. As Nigerians, we should remain our own ambassadors, and we should be the promoters of our own country. We are the citizens, and we know what we are facing. However, we cannot let our guards down out there because as much as we denigrate the country out there; the more it becomes difficult for the outside world to trust us, and that will affect us even more than it will do to the country or  leaders. So, if our leaders are not doing what they should do to ensure that our country remains great in the comity of other nations, then we cannot be like them as well. We must protect what we have and cherish it at the best.

The moment you carry the flag of Nigeria, you are meant to protect the integrity of the country, and whatever you're going to do that is going to paint a bad image of the country, you should avoid it. Let us be our own image caretakers, and let us try as much as possible to correct those problems and wrongs that we are facing today in the best way that we can. If speaking good about this country is the best thing we can do to right the wrongs, then let's continue to do that because that is what the nation needs.

We can see how the Super Eagles brought happiness to the country, and even the comments of football fans and other football lovers across the globe, including some FIFA officials, respecting Nigeria and the Nigerian players for how they have performed extremely well. That should be the way we should go about selling Nigeria out there, not looking for opportunities to downgrade our image and to let our guards down. There is no nation that doesn't have scammers, and even big nations that we think that we are copying have issues too, a lot of bothering issues. But what they do that we don't do is they hide their weaknesses and continue to show to the world that they are the best. But it's just never enough. With this mentality you find the forum very difficult to survive, because you are basically here to make money and not here to contribute your knowledge. I hope you succeed in your quest, but it will surprise you to know that you have to put in lots of work before you can get to this level you are talking about. Mind you many people have been here for more than two years and haven't seen anything. It's not as if once you register your account you get paid, bro this place is not a hustling ground.
