Well, as I commented recently in a thread, I practically only play poker and in fiat rooms. For some time I play a season in Pokerstars and when I get tired I play in Pacific, I play another season and then I go back to Pokerstars. The advantage of Pokerstars is that it has more traffic and better software but the level is higher. In Pacific it is easier to win but it has less traffic. Also from time to time I try some crypto room with casino games but it is not my thing.

Sometimes I try new ones, but that doesn't mean that I do not stick with the same casino neither. What do you mean by style? Do you mean the UI? That is the only thing that might be different in each casino and maybe the services they provide like customer service and stuff, because most casinos have the same games with just changed user interfaces except for a few that might have their original games, and nowadays, even the original games of most platforms are copied from others which means that they create their versions of those games and call them their originals which is lame but what can be done.
So I don't think there are a lot of differences in casino platforms these days, but still, if one wants to experience all of them, they shouldn't be hesitant about that.

I was discussing with a friend yesterday about the choice of Casinos and the great incentives that comes with trying out these new legitimate platforms. He told me bluntly that he doesn't try out new platforms because  it will make him gamble more and will waste his time trying to understand their UI, terms and conditions and their support system. He stressed that he has already developed fondness with a few sites that treats him fine and he even has their support hot lines in case of any issues.

What's in it for you, if he already have some casino that he is comfortable playing with then there is nothing wrong with it.
Your friend gave you a valid reason why he doesn't want to try out other casino, you should just accept it and move on.
I could see why your friend doesn't want to try out new gambling sites or casino, specially if he have limited time and enjoy gambling it would really be a waste of time to learn all of what he mention above.
Rather than reading and understanding all of those, he just wants to sit and enjoy or start the game ASAP.

If we keep chasing bonuses from new casino, we'll only be losing more and getting scammed. I'll prefer to stay with the casino that I'm already using and continue playing over there. I might try out some new casino but it'll be as I want to see what they have new, I want to try their system to see how fair it is but not because they're offering bonuses. New casino are only using bonuses to attract gamblers and when they have attracted enough gamblers they usually stop the bonuses.

I am more a national lottery player than a gambler, if you describe gambler as a user who plays in online casinos to slots, dice, roulette, etc.

There is nothing stopping you to give it a try yourself, but I can assure you that the result wont be different, you still need to become lucky to win from the new casino as well, I was using two casinos for the past six months and the difference isn't that much and later I started using just one.

But I personally would not do something like that because I also have the belief that the old casinos that we usually rely on will be much better and can provide what we want, after all they have provided the service and comfort that we usually get.

That's right, it's a personal choice and preference and different people would have different mindsets about this. If I talk about myself, I also check new platforms sometimes for the bonuses and stuff they offer, there is nothing wrong with that. You can make the minimum deposit, claim the bonus, and try your luck and once you lose everything, don't do anything. It's not like you need to complete KYC verification on every single platform.

One should have one primary platform where they will gamble the most or usually, and they should verify their account with them, and then they can try every other platform if they want to, if they are asked for KYC verification, they should skip the platform but make sure you check this before making the deposit.

He has some point of his stance thinking that trying a new one will stress him from familiarizing how the platform works. He never feels comfortable doing it and that sometimes happens to me. Every gambler has their choice and favorite gambling site which makes them prefer to stay using it rather than trying a new one even if they have a good offer.

It makes no sense and instead of doing this, better to let him choose what they prefer. We better respect his decision rather than forcing someone as this won't help but instead, this probably creates misunderstandings and blaming especially if he loses. Because it was not the offer but the place where he felt comfortable.
