It is preferable for connecting nodes to have a port which is open for incoming connections. You should test if your Olacoin port (7109) is accessible from outside.

Op your information on the project but a too short therefore we need more literature on the project for to know more about the project and it workability. In a cryptocurrency project like this you have to give more details on the project so that people will know what they are doing. A project must have a clear definition of itself and not a link to download. And the way you present the project it becomes a suspicious project to be because no good information know more about the project except the downloading link

And it is not too good just to download a project wallet or whatever.

The explorer is correct. Do you have balance on your address being shown in Olacoin wallet? In what block you have transacted or mined block to your address? Can you send me your address in personal message?

I created a new account (wallet), and send 0.1 OLC to the new wallet with existing one, it successed on block 13461

cosidering the block reward is 0.00225... OLC, the chain generate only 3.24 OLC daily.

1M sounds like a lot since the block reward for everyone else is decimal places.

Maybe in a few days or so, send 5000 to the top50 that are mining. 500 to the rest top100. As a thanks for sticking around.

This is very tiny compared to the 1,000,032 already in circulation. (In 14,350 blocks, only 32 coins have been mined. I would say yes, 1M is excessive)

Tx fee is 0.00000156 per kb. You can calculate what fee was paid if you take first tx in the block and subtract reward value from it. If you see in a tx the second address to what 0.01 was sent to it is probably a change address.
