Nigeria should be the most gambling friendly country in the world. There is no taxation whatsoever on gamblers even though they wreck the casinos with heavy winnings, the gamblers take all the money. There is also no restriction in terms of using cryptocurrency as anyone is free to use any method of deposits and withdrawals without any form of restriction. This is the reason there is surge in cryptocurrency usage and gambling proliferation in Nigeria. There is hardly any major street you visit in Nigeria without a physical casino, operating freely with sizeable customers. I don't think there is any country that will beat this record in the gambling business.

As far as I know most gambling operators are given special treatment by the government such as in Vietnam and Cambodia and almost all  working gambling operators come from outside the countries whose passports are being held. It may sound gambling friendly but it cannot be completely guaranteed that the income tax there is guaranteed to be small.
If you are just a casual gambler then there is no need to think about state income taxes from the casinos they legalize. Because there is no point in the state legalizing or prohibiting it, we can play in our own  way even if there is a difference it is only a matter of operational permits  where the government likes to play around and allows gambling outside of official policy.

quick search over the net will give you a lot of info or related articles on this particular subject. however, what is the chance that you can really relocate to those countries? definitely, not only because they are not charging tax on your gambling winnings but a lot more will be finally considered before you move in to that country.

but do take note that even if there are published sources over the net, the actual regulation may deviate from what has been available over the net. you will only learn such practice when you are already inside the country. so before you actually move in to an unfamiliar territory due to your gambling desire, better think of your to-do-list before anything else. because at the end of the day, it is not only gambling that you need to consider when you want to live a decent life outside your comfort zone.

In my opinion, there must be two kind of countries which are friendly towards gambling: those which do not tax the gamblers whenever they win and those which do not tax the casino as much as other jurisdictions. In the United States is common for both casinos and gamblers to pay a cut of their winnings to the government, that is clear. Though, I wonder whether there is a relation between both approaches.

Each country that regulates gambling regulations applies taxes depending on the determination of each country, but countries that prohibit gambling regulations also impose unofficial taxes on casinos for licensing illegal operations which are regulated based on agreements with gambling parties and parties in power to provide gambling permits, possibly parties gambling deducts part of the betting winnings or the casino bears its own taxes to pay for the legality of unofficial taxes.

I live in a country where gambling is allowed and I thought that it was also allowed in neighboring countries, the border of which is very close to my one city. But then I found out that it is prohibited in these neighboring countries (I mean hosting a physical casino). I wont be surprised that someone who is addicted to gambling will move from his country to a suitable environment that will increase his quality time in gambling. I have a gaming freind he left the country because of bad network so it disrupt his connection when he is gaming online. Because of that experience he had to leave the country to a more suitable company.

The size of the gambling tax will not make people decide to move countries. In my opinion, tax calculations are only based on government agreements with gambling parties for mutual benefit. If there is a country that has a small gambling tax, it means that gambling there does not have much of an impact on state revenue or that the country is already rich economically. Or if, on the other hand, gambling taxes are high, it means that the country really needs as much income as possible to help cover the state debt.
Moreover, now that online gambling has become easier, people from across countries can play in whatever country they want to play. In my opinion, there is no problem with this tax, unless you are a gambling entrepreneur or owner of a gambling entity, maybe this topic will be very useful for you.

So I guess you have a lot of choices for now, either you move on that country or just try to go, whether Asia or Europe for your gambling experience. I would suggest Asia though, as your money might be worth more in my opinion.
