Hi Everyone I am making this new account to make this thread, I was banned from the forum last February 06, 2024, and my account is

It is a hard thing to make a new account as my IP is also banned, Anyway,

I think I have been banned because of Plagiarism maybe self-plagiarism as I am posting a UFC prediction on one of the UFC threads then copying it again and posting it in a slightly similar thread which I should just be quoting which is my fault in doing it, I thought that it is OK to Plagiarized my own post but maybe it will falls to spamming which is another offense,

Well, taking this opportunity to say sorry if I made those things and making this new account and taking my time in the Meta forum just opened up my mind and learning new things actually, but that is if the Moderators will give me another chance and lessen the ban.

I admit that I have committed a grave offense in this forum and even this thread will not save it from getting what it deserves, I would like to thank most of my forum friends in the UFC threads, MMA threads, all Boxing threads, NBA threads, All Football Theards, well, all in the forum I surely consider as friends as this is the only place that I could put my predictions in that certain area I surely am excited in making those predictions in those threads and sharing my opinion about it, I will surely miss it as that is something I never realized that I could do and analyzing what could possibly happen with a fight or game.

Sorry Guys I failed. this is the last time that I will be seeing this Forum and moving on with life Thank You Bitcointalk for making my time worthwhile.

I think I have been banned because of Plagiarism maybe self-plagiarism as I am posting a UFC prediction on one of the UFC threads then copying it again and posting it in a slightly similar thread

No doubt some forum sleuth will post the exact reason you were banned, but as far as I know "self-plagiarism" (which isn't really a thing, just like "self-escrow"; writing your own words more than once doesn't fall under the definition of plagiarism) isn't against the rules, and even if it is I don't think it'd earn you a permaban.

Since you're apparently not even sure why you got banned, it's probably for typical forum plagiarism.  You might qualify for clemency, that's the good news, but all of these apologies and so forth are going to get you nowhere.

There are also so many reports where you appear as a spammer and I don't know why you didn't work on yourself and try to improve

Thanks for your advice but I am making this post to say sorry and Thank You to the forum and the people behind it, I know my actions were not just about self-plagiarism or double dipping of posts in another thread, and I have to say this is really farewell to the Forum, my action in the past is unjustifiable and I really deserve it.

Nope! Salute to you for doing a great job! you deserve praise, well. it is my fault for not following the rules about the Alt Accounts but my only Alt is teilwalL05 and I admit it, I still thank you nutildah I remember we had our conversation here in the forum and I think it is enjoyable and I will surely miss that, after this I will not be using this account anymore and that is a promise!

The farewell is very strange but the best thing is that you admit that you have broken the rules and Nutildah or other members were right about you. It's a brave person's way to admit his fault and not to blame others for their own doings, in that way I appreciate your honesty.

I believe you may still try your luck by posting a appeal on that second chance thread which The Sceptical Chymist recommended you, I don't know if you will get unbanned or not or even if you're eligible for that thread or not, but if you are then I highly recommend you to submit your appeal on that thread.

Now it's up to you that either you'll appeal on that thread or not but since you said yourself that you're no more going to ask for it, and you admitted that you have broken the rules. I recommend you to lock this thread so it may not get cluttered with many new posts.

It's not always funny to me when a legendary account is banned. Especially a legendary account that registered during the era of merits. Ranking up from a brand new to legendary is not an easy task. I also believe that moderators are always lenient on legendary accounts than on newbies and relatively new accounts. For them to strike, it means the matter could be more severe than what is presented in OP.

There is a very slim chance for his account to get restored from the post and link shared above it was found to be account connection sharing same
ETH wallet. I don't think is possible for the account to be restored back and I wondered why he couldn't make corrections at the earliest stage when the account was reported as spammer and account connect this two increases his chance of being ban entirely.

Cases may have been reported as ban evasion - meaning one of the accounts was previously banned which in turn resulted in other accounts being banned as well.

If there is Sympathy and a second chance they could give me one, but as time goes by without the forum I think there isn't like that because evading is a major offense but thank you to all of the guys that I could talk to in my last goodbyes! at least there are you guys if not supporting me at least you are here in my final send-off out of the forum, and will be locking this thread up.

Yup! I will be locking this up later, I am just busy in the office in the meantime.
