I haven't gotten such experience before, I haven't even heard of it. I think before you place your bet, you will have to review it before going ahead to stake. At what points did they add this other games, is it at the point of you staking to play or at the point of viewing the games, because after selecting my games and I tried to review it and see other games that i initially did not put, it is for me at that point to remove them.

This is strange, I'm hearing this for the first time but if this actions of betting platform is true, then they need to be investigated and punished for this act. If you know are not ready to pay people when they win then you don't have the right to take their money when they lose, all gambling platforms should know. Hmmm, this really sound crazy if you ask me because since my many years of gambling I don't think I have ever come across such thing before and I think your friend might be over reacting or maybe the fault could be from the site maybe an error in the page of the website where the bettor wants to stake or place the bet. Do you mean he noticed it on two different betting companies? That's serious. Well, I can't be so thorough in my response about it if the names of the casinos are not posted for verification. But in my experience, I have never noticed this before despite having long years of gambling online. Maybe your friend should be more careful next time as we can't entirely believe that the fault is from the casinos. I think I have noticed something like this before and I think it's actually the website error because some games you would have mistakenly placed before and have now failed to remove although sometimes even if you remove the game the site still adds it back and that's the issue with this particular  site but I stopped using it because it feels as if am being set up by the casino although it might a normal error but since it has happened more than once I choose to let it not happen again.

The only time that I can remember seeing a game that was not part of my selection in my slipt was a day I visited a physical game shop, and this was an error from the cashier that day, so I had to reprint the slipt.

Never had this experience. Did he reach out to their support to make a complaint or share his displeasure? If not, that should be what he should do. Reputable sports bookies will never do you like this because they have a name to protect. Maybe those two betting sites use the same odds provider, but it's unusual to see him being screwed over when sportsbooks would mostly put a limit on winning bettors.
