Please Provide Feedback on Our DEX & DeFi Project

Hey everyone, long time listener, first time caller Grin

I have just started working with a new team (worked with the Founder/Lead previously) that operate 3 separate DEX's on three different chains. I have yet to implement any changes but have come up with what I think is a strong marketing plan to move the projects forward and grow the small, but loyal community.

I will be helping with marketing the projects and I have to say I am really disappointed with the quality of marketing solutions currently available through channels that once yielded me decent to great results at a fair price. An example of this, would be vendors in the Black Hat World Forums. Now when I reach out to inquire about services that people offer and ask a few questions, I see very quickly how poor of a service they are offering for way to high a price. I feel like the whole crypto marketing game now is just bots responding to bots, responding to bots to create impressions and not really doing anything to help anything.

I am hoping that the smart people that are part of this forum might be able to help me spot some shortcomings in our projects and possibly provide some feedback as to what we could be doing better as a team or in our marketing. Maybe if I'm super lucky the vets might share some nice resources to help with marketing that I may have missed. Like I mentioned, I have just started and have yet to implement any changes I have planned.
