I think you could get one in the service board.

You are just looking for service provider and not technically knowledge you can ask for already existing services of that nature i believe someone over there will be interested.

Or maybe move the thread there.

You should move this thread to the Altcoins section, or better yet, since you need a coder, move this to the Marketplace (Altcoins) board.
