If the moderators are acting as you say they should or do act, then those moderators are absolutely horrendous at moderating. IMO this forum is very lightly moderated compared to others, so much so that its a bit of a wonder that it is still going in its current format after all these years.

The forum and some of the people in it annoy me immensely some times but I rarely feel the need to kick off about it, I use the forum as it was designed, to gain knowledge and contribute where I can.

It would be a much nicer place if people calmed down a bit, so calm down and think before you post, if its not constructive or relevant to the conversation then don't post it, its that easy to fit in here. You could always open an off-topic thread where you can say whatever you like (within reason) and every one would be happy.
