Whatever the OP's intention was with this, I don't think we should believe everything he says. Even with this "evidence" he provided (which is easily faked, by the way). It seems to me that he just wants free promotion for his questionable service offerings.
This sounds far fetched. OP hasn't been involved in any of the forum dramas or trolling or spamming their service so I'd give them the benefit of the doubt that this offer indeed happened.
It might be far fetched.
But here is a little bit of evidence why I have a suspicion that the OP might be lying in this case and that he might have ulterior motives.
He used a Telegram handle that connects him to at least two other forum accounts.

When we look at the history of his alt accounts, we can find plenty of evidence of suspicious and corrupt activities.
For example, he cheated in the Utopia P2P Review Campaign with two of his accounts:

OddJobsForBitcoinThe
Newchanka account has a history and is tagged as an
account seller so I can assume that he has more accounts available, some of them may be even higher ranked. It's possible that some of these accounts are involved in forum dramas or hold a grudge against Royse777 but he is too much of a coward to come out publicly. I know I'm speculating here, but it makes more sense to me than someone actually offering him such a job.
This explains nothing about the chap who sent me the proposal. Neither does it infer that I sent it myself. About having many accounts, I absolutely do not deny it. In fact, I have many low and high rank accounts, but I have no reason to hate Royse777 because I never has dealings with him, even if I did, hared isn't a vice I embrace. In fact, I rarely participate actively in the forum because I have other jobs and businesses.
About having many accounts, I do because when I found Bitcointalk in 2016 or thereabout, it was through Google result showing someone selling a Hero or Legendary account. I then supposed that this is a place people raise accounts to sell later. That was why I has many accounts set up some of which are high ranking. But the reality is that when I realized that it wasn't acceptable, I never made attempt to sell after my first attempt years ago. I've earned 1000s of USD from the forum from members, but definitely not through selling accounts or anything unethical. Neither have I tried selling any of the senior accounts I have. Most often, I offer just services, not even signature campaigne because I'm too busy for them. The summary is that I don't even know the number of accounts I have because it's not among the important priorities of my life.
In other words, finding a few of my alts doesn't make me the originator of this. This is with due respect to Royse77. I think he already guessed who may be behind this because his guess is as good as mine since it's definitely NOT Poker Player.
