Hi all,I am looking for some advise.
I transferred my Helium coins to my crypto.com defi wallet,They at first showed up on the defi...then disappeared and then showed up again..however now they are gone and have been for at least a month...I am getting no joy with a responce from the support team.
I now suspect that the defi wallet doesn't support Helium...Have the coins disappeared ,is there any way I can recover them? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't use that exchange because I have been hearing some negative news about them and you just have to be very careful next time you  are going to think of sending coin there. Even though the defi wallet do not support that, there should be a way to recover your coin bad even though it's going to take vigorous time and effort. You need to keep conversing with the team and that's the only way you could get your coin if the team are ready to help you.
