I have seen the boxer Paul in the ring for a long time, he has had a good career during his matches, Diaz, Anderson are MMA stars he has fought, only yesterday in 2023 he lost against Tommy Fury, the rest had good results, I think the boxing this time was between Paul vs. Bourland, could be a new history for Paul in achieving world boxing champion, I'm sure Paul will show his best and professionalism to defeat Bourland in the future.

Is Jake losing his appeal in the boxing community that he is relegated his fight to undercard he used to be the main card in many of his fights, I have not heard of this guy Bourkland but he's coming from a fresh win from a real boxer and he was a two-time champion even though it's not a World title but still a good pick compared to other fighters Jake fought mostly MMA has been.

Obviously, this guy has run out of choices and he is now facing some declines regarding his view so he will just take some offers to stay on the top list. They used to be promoting their own show and now they are likely trying this new strategy so that they will be recognized by true boxing fans. this is just another market strategy because his last fight was not really good and few are interested in it. In this case, people will forcely watch them because they are looking forward to watching the main event and they don't have a choice but to watch Jake Paul's boring boxing skills before the main card bout.

My thoughts exactly when I read it was an undercard. I guess that's because this is not sponsored by him and he just want to be part of the event.
He didn't have that kind of appeal to the real boxing community in the first place but kudos to him for taking a fight against true boxers. I just don't know if there were some talks behind the scenes.

Yet Bourland is not a high-risk opponent, but there's a possibility that Bourland can finally stop his journey in professional boxing, this is a level-up to his journey to becoming a champion but he is still a thousand miles away from reaching that goal after he stops Bourland he should go for boxers who are in the top 15 if he dares to be great he should be more daring for more challenges if its true that its not all about money.

As to Jake Paul - I dont care about his opponent anymore. It is enough that he fights more often than other boxers and building his record. He had to start with something anyway. He is a different case than Jake Paul since he's actually a champion of another fighting organization and is still within his prime years. Francis high ranking is a joke as far as boxing goes and everybody knows that. I think the only justification why he was placed there is the one knockdown he scored.

You were the one who brought up Mike Tyson and tried to draw comparisons to the start of his career and Jake Paul’s. I only pointed out the differences to show how absurd that statement was.

Naoya Inoue is someone who fought highly ranked fighters early in his career but that’s also a dumb comparison because Jake Paul isn’t a serious boxer. He can only really be compared to other freak shows like Butterbean.

Jake isn’t a late starter, he’s just shown no desire whatsoever to accomplish anything meaningful in the sport aside from making a lot of money knocking out bums and fighting influencers. He’s already trying to build hype for a Tommy Fury rematch and a KSI fight. You cant get a final boss on the start of the first level. Jake has ambitions, he wants to become champ, he makes boxing popular, but people boo him for that. That is what I dont understand. The fight is forgettable this is one of Jake Paul's easy fights, Bourland did not come to fight, he just waited for Jake to knock him out, Bourland's skill did not show up to this fight, it's an easy fight for Jake Paul, hopefully, this will be his last fight against low rated fighters, he is in the winning track after that Tommy Fury loss if he is that serious in making a name in professional boxer then a fight against fighters on the top should be sought.

I don't think Canelo will pay attention to this guy he is not on his level and a big insult to Canelo's status if he agreed to fight Jake Paul, he has to prove himself first and this fight did not prove that he can beat champions in any division.

It's the way to go for Jake just as they say choose your enemy wisely and build up records for bigger fights. As of this time, I don't think Jake can fight someone in the cruise weight like Mike Perez, or Cheavon Clarke and they are not even in the top 10. This career is not an easy path but there is a huge reward to makiing money.

Nothing impressive when you're up against somebody like Bourland. Dominating against somebody who is expected to lose 99.9% isn't impressive. It's therefore not a good win. A good win is a win that results after a real and fair battle and against a fighter who is equally ready and prepared and in perfect condition.

AJ is more after redemption. AJ doesn't have a reason to evade Usyk. He badly needs to get back at him. And Usyk is the champion. That privilege to avoid opponents doesn't belong to Joshua. He's the loser. It is Usyk's privilege to be choosy, not Joshua's.

this was a very funny fight, in the first minutes Ryan Bourland was moving well, he looked like he would last many rounds, he avoided attacking jak paul probably because his intention was to be able to tire jake paul quickly because he must have He realized early on that Jake's punches were very strong and that getting too close to Jake was very dangerous, which is why he kept his distance and when he threw a punch it seemed like he was doing it out of fear, so much so that he lowered his head and didn't pay attention. where his punches were going, I don't know how much preparation time he had for this fight and how long he's been fighting, but it was clear how he wasn't in good shape in this fight.
