To me this seems to read that you can cancel/freeze my account any time, for any reason, and you are not obligated to explain why. With the amount of warning from the replies on this thread, I think they are already warned if they just read at least one of the posts on the first page. This is a new casino which I guess the policies they have are going to be evaluated in the coming days.

It's just unfortunate that the first replies on their ANN thread are something of a warning about being frozen and fees for being inactive. They haven't gotten into the competition yet but they seem to be losing already.

Well, if you gave them that advise then I guess it's for their own good. But, I believe locking of the initial thread wasn't much needed. If they are here to improve themselves with a new thread and I also noticed they are having a signature campaign which you're managing for them then I guess there won't be an issue with this new thread.

But why charge someone for not using an account for the period of 12 months, which is equal to a year, when there are a lot of casinos out there that others can make use of and forget either the old or new one until there is a need for the new one to be used again?
 
Other casinos might just freeze the account for the user for being inactive, and when the user wants to go back to the casino, they will have to either just start placing bets or make a deposit, and the account will automatically be unlocked. So why go as far as trying to warn or threaten someone not to allow their account to stay dormant?

It`s normal for all casinos to have this in their terms. The fact that they have it in their terms does not mean that they`ll start implementing it on all their customers that manage to hit a huge win; most times, it helps to prevent cases of money laundering and also those that might try to cheat the casino.

The only time this becomes an issue is when they start doing it on an account that has a clear record and also make the verification process impossible to complete - but if they stick to just requesting from suspicious accounts, then we should be good.

Crashino looks like a relatively small gambling platform so it's not surprising to see such withdrawal limits

These are probably set so they don't drain their bankroll/reserves quickly and have a better money flow = pretty much a business decision. Best to go with the large casinos if someone wants bigger to no possible withdrawal limit.

How could you possibly launder money with cryptos?

I dont see any real reason to restrict players from withdrawing what they have won, other than creating problems when the company can make a big buck..
Not sure if Crashino or their group of sites applies their withdraw limits on big deposits, but what would be the reason to do so? If they suspect something, they will do the research for it, and then release the winnings, its not about the amount won, its about if you won it in a fair way.

Also, Max deposit 50 000$ and max withdraw per month 30 000$ is no big news on casino industry. There are places where you can withdraw 500$ a week but deposit 10 000$ a day.

I have no bad things to say about crashino, but just in general.
