While it's true that we possess certain qualities within ourselves that contribute to success, it's equally important to acknowledge that we often need to seek knowledge and insights from others to truly excel in life. No one exists in isolation. we all depend on the wisdom, guidance, and support of those around us.You may believe that you have the drive and ambition necessary for success, including a hunger for knowledge, a desire for wealth, and a commitment to achieving your goals consistently. OP reminds me of some motivational speakers who come up with so many success strategies, meanwhile they are not even successful , just kidding. However, I think you have a point that we have great gifts and abilities that we can use to succeed. These abilities are dormant because we have not put them to work or tried to do what we think we can.

Copying other people's business or skills is one of the reasons why people fail. It is common to see people establish a business because they see that someone else is succeeding in it. Immediately one persons starts a new business within a few months multiple people have established the same business. You cannot be successful by engaging in a rampant business. We should learn to be creative and innovative if we want to run a successful venture.

It is only people who are greedy or discontent that would want to do everything they see others do. If you are good in just one business people will patronize you. It is not bad to diversify into other businesses but it should be done after a comprehensive analysis and projections. Well said, never go for something big while you are not big enough to handle that thing, take small steps, diversify yourself means even if you want to cross lane do it by managing the risk, diversify your portfolio, take small steps by starting with small, never left your previous source of income until you get something to hold onto another business. All-rounders are not the successful ones, except for a few (the lucky ones) you have to focus on one thing at a time.

I understand this but still want to be an all-rounder to impress other people, the big factor urging people to become an all-rounder is social media, because we see different types of characters there and want to become all of them. This is not good and the first thing we have to understand is, not everything is real on social media that you should follow at all cost. So, be yourself, get some skill you love, if the current one is not the one you love then drop it and find some other, because you have time.

Why do I feel that you are trying to talk about the law of scarcity and demand, which says that when the desirables are not available,then you have to make what is available the desirable. Sometimes we might actually have big dreams to archive a particular goal, but at that moment, things we needed in order to archive such a goal may not be available. In such a case, the person might be left with things that he or she never really had plans for; it may just seem like a temporary aid at that moment. It's not a permanent solution for that person. 

@OP, it's not always the case that everything we need is always available. Due to the high population, high demand, and some other facts, we don't usually get everything we need at all times. Sometimes too, what you need may be available for you to get, but you may not really have the finance at that moment to even get it. Success doesn't just come very easily. 

Success comes after so many trials and failures. As a fact, there is no one who will tell their success story without talking a little or a lot about how they also experienced failures and difficulties at some point. There are some challenges you may even face in your business, and you can feel that you are doing the wrong thing, but if you get consistent and learn from your hard times, it will make you strong enough to achieve success. 

If everything people needed was actually available for them the way they planned it in their hearts, then there would have been so many more successful people than we already had.

What do you really want to say? Is this motivation? In my opinion, doing business is not as easy as what the motivators say. I think if you have a business idea, you can mention it starting from planning, possible profits and losses, target market, capital required, ROI, marketing strategy, risk management, employee management, etc.

Those businessmen that are taking a leap of faith with their new ventures are the brave ones. They don't mind if they're going to step into a new doorstep with what they're about to do. While there's the meaning about having everything within us, you have to look at the other perspective if this is about making money and making a business. You've phrased it in a bit of an unusual way, people generally don't close successful businesses - they'd end up selling them off and may choose to pursue a different line of business instead which may turn out to be a poor swap. Everybody has specific things that they're good at and that when they do them, they will make money from them, it is our duty to try and find these things because if you try and imitate another person's business or own, you may just be struggling and may never experience the same kind of success that that person is experiencing engaging in that business. find your own.  Any business that will work well for you will usually be around your passion.

I agree with you to some extent that one has every thing it takes to be successful but why do we keep getting this statement from people who are not yet successful? yeah because it's easier said than do. some person who could be advising you may not make use of his own words of wisdom, I'm not specifically talking about you OP but a general notion around the globe.

One thing I know for sure is that, one needs to have one thing which he or she knows how to do  very, every one has a role to play in life and when it's your role play it very well. in regards to this if you got a skill then what is left is to maximize your give, use it to make money how ever way you can.

In respect to what you said about crossing ones lane, yeah we shouldn't be looking at another person's success story and hence force ourselves to be successful in that same way, there is this popular quote that saids " if 1+9 = 10 and 5+5 =10, 8+2=10 etc then you should find your own solution, we all must not go with 5+5 but we'll still land at the same answer. further more focus is what must people lack instead of share 20% of your attention to 5 different things why not use a 100% focus on one and you will run faster and achieve your life goals.

well you're right, most of what we know comes from different people's views especially when we were studying, everything stated in the books we read came from the ideas of other people before they become successful, so we have to accept that not everything comes from us.

Everyone has their own spotlight, this is the phrase that I always hold on to. It means that even now you are not successful like others, or for example, the colleagues you have in university or in your work are already successful or having a luxurious life. Don't be envious of them because I believe that all people have their own time where the spotlight will be pointed on them. Instead, take that as an inspiration to do even better in life. It should be a reminder that you shouldn't quit and keep moving forward if you want to make yourself successful or have a luxurious life like anybody else.

That's the one that drives me to keep working hard and at the same time doing investments in order to have more opportunities so that one day I can become more financially independent and also have the life I dream of. I don't dream of a very luxurious life, just a life where I can buy the things I need and want at any time.

Doing the same activities as people who are already successful is still possible because at least we follow some positive things that could be an added value for yourself. 

But in this case we also need to see some things that may not be in accordance with the style we have and with the plans we will build . We don't have to be someone else and follow the way others do to become a successful person because everyone has their own plan and of course we must realize that even though some of those who are successful are building from zero and sometimes come from underprivileged families but on average those who are successful or big motivators have privileges and not a few come from families whose economic level is higher so they are easier to achieve success than their followers who sometimes come from castes whose economy is a little difficult.

Speaking about business doesnt only have to focus on whether it has been done for a long time or has just started because in the end we have to look at several factors that are indeed whether it will be profitable or not if it continue .
Even if the business has been done for a long time but the progress and prospects are weak then why continue and it is better to look for new, fresher business options.
