Why did you update it to the new firmware? if it's working fine?

Anyway, there is an SD card recovery image would you mind to try flashing the unit through the SD card? You can download the TF card image from the link below.

the new firmware broke it.

whatsminer sometimes shows unbalanced.

I never saw this with bitmain.

my guess is you have 1 shit board.

that is why you underhashed with old firmware but you hashed.

i would try using braiins or even buy a brains hashboard if you can not get a sd card to work.

I took Miner out of a noise box and reattached power cables. Since then everything has been working fine. The abnormal hashrate issue is gone too. Didnt touch the firmware after the update
