Friendshipcoin Update - Added DigiShield

One of many upcoming updates to Friendshipcoin is the addition of the Digibyte DigiShield for difficulty retargeting.  Difficulty will be adjusted every block to help with people pointing large amounts of hashrate at the network then bailing on us.  DigiShield is supposed to be more secure and an all around better algorithm than Kimoto Gravity Well which is why we decided to use DigiShield instead of KGW.

The new DigiShield algorithm will go live on block 24200 or in just under 24 hours from now.
