Greetings to all friends,
I am telling you about the fraud I experienced on Coins.game and the confiscation of my money.
I invested 35 dollars on 26.02.2024. I did not receive any extra bonus, 200 percent bonus or anything. I am a player who knows how difficult their wagering requirements are. My investment of 35 dollars made a profit of 80-90 dollars by entering the 4rolls game with 2 dollars in the Monopoly Live game. Then it turned into a multiplier, that is, in a place that randomly assigns 100x, 288x, 388x, 888x to any number on the roulette table, one of my bets hit a multiplier of 888x and my money increased by +1065 dollars. You can see it in the photo of my winnings. Afterwards, I immediately created a withdrawal request. You can carefully look at the times I made a withdrawal request and won. .My withdrawal was canceled after about 12 hours. When I wrote about the cancellation, they asked me to upload documents to confirm my account. Gambling sites know that in these cases, users lose 90 percent of this money because Gambling always takes. Just by playing roulette and betting on black and red checkers, I increased my money by +1000 dollars +300 dollars +5000 dollars and made 32,800 dollars at the end of 48 hours. After 48 hours, I saw in my coins.game message box that I had a different account and that there were different players in my house. They said we need to report this to them. Think about it this way, I live with my roommate and he plays games at Coins.Game. I can also say that there are 2 accounts, one is my girlfriend, the other is my friend, both of them have their names and surnames, date of birth written correctly, they have no investments, they have no withdrawals, I can also post this as a photo. As a result of the situation, they blocked my account for a very unrelated reason. If it was a slot game or a sports bet, maybe cheating could be done, but it is my chance to win by closing the region and betting on the numbers in the roulette game. Also, look at the bets, I lost 4 thousand dollars and won 5000 dollars.

Can you try using the format below to edit your thread and make it formal? The entire thread looks a little bulky for my reading. I don’t know about others, but there is a reason why they recommend the below format for reporting scams.

did ever writing in that format helped any user get his money ? when a new user lost his money and come here  and saw you asking him to rewrite in such a format its like giving him a hope you gonna help or do something  but in fact  you just want to add a post count to your self .

There is no point in arguing too much about this, and the format used does not guarantee the refund of money as the forum is not in charge of that, but it will help those who are interested in investigating the case to get more light about it. They can use the information they get from both the casino and the accuser to address the issue, which will leave the casino to agree to the judgement or disagree.

The information above is available on the casino ToS under the multiple account section. I’m not sure how you can depend your side if you agree on this terms when registering in the casino. You also admitted on your screenshot that other person has same account on the casino which is a clear violation of ToS and the repercussions is also stated on the screenshot.

This is the reason why gambler should read the ToS first before you register and deposit in the casino. Sorry for your loss but it’s really hard to argue against the casino if all the answer to your question is written in the ToS which you unknowingly agree during the sign up.

 2. I can defend this situation as follows: I have a girlfriend who lives in the same house and is a member. She only registered on the site and did not deposit any money, nor did she withdraw any money. There was never a moment when she made a withdrawal request. + A friend of mine came home and while he normally plays on different casino sites, I told him to become a member by telling him that I withdraw money from this site and it is fast, and also coins.game is running a campaign on its own page such as bringing a member and earning extra income. This friend of mine did not deposit or withdraw any money. Also, when a guest comes to my house, if they connect to wifi or log in from my computer, my opinion is, don't enter. Could it be that this site won't give it to me if I win? Now think about it, this forum is great, we are friends with you, we both gamble, we come home, we take the whiskey out of the fridge, I'm going to gamble, you log in from my laptop, you don't play, a month passes, I withdraw money, I lose money, then I make a big profit and they don't give me money.

No matter if she deposited or not. It is clearly stated on their website that you cannot register more than one account. In fact, Only one account is allowed from one IP, Household. So, No mater if your girlfriend or your friend or brother makes a account than leave it, it still violates their rules. This is unfortunate, but still within the rules. So, they have right to take action against you because they do not allow more than one account from a same IP, household. I am sorry to say, but you are unlikely to get any community support regarding this matter. We always hear story like father, mother, sister, brother's accounts. But, unfortunately, we cannot verify that. Right?

Do you think the casino has a way to verify if your statement is honest? Casino has a valid evidence of multiple account that violate their ToS which means it’s easy for them to just seize your account balance rather than investigate furthermore.

Think of it this way, Casino doesn’t know their players personally that’s why they are asking for KYC verification just to know you. So if they are relying on digital evidence available to track all their users whether they are following the rules or not. If they allow your reasoning means abuser of casino bonuses using multiple account will use same excuse to win the case.

Even if you proved you are right and the casino is wrong in here . No one can do anything.
Your post in here is only good for awareness for new users who find it and thinking to deposit in that casino.

Go to casino guru and open a complain and post your proofs in there you might have a better chance the casino might try to reply and if no resolution at least casino guru will lower there rating.
Other than that you can also complain to the License provider but I doubt you will get any result.

I would say that you're awfully prepared. You took a photograph that their last log-in date was before 26th, they logged out, and never logged back in since? You got the news that you're suspected of multi-acc abuse by the 29th according to the email date. You're saying you took that picture before you even know you'll need that to prove you're not guilty?

I would say that you're awfully prepared. You took a photograph that their last log-in date was before 26th, they logged out, and never logged back in since? You got the news that you're suspected of multi-acc abuse by the 29th according to the email date. You're saying you took that picture before you even know you'll need that to prove you're not guilty?
His english is not that good so he might mean he took a photo of the last log in of his friends he might have took it today  and it can show the last ips and logs  from the security setting of the account
also they might get email notifications about the last logs.

No, I mean this. My friends who were at my house when I earned my earnings did not log in to that site, they did not block their accounts, they blocked my account. After talking to you here, I logged in to those accounts and looked at their entry and exit times, so it is obvious that it was not taken beforehand.

Won't hurt to show us here, though it probably didn't prove much. I am not sure how detailed session log that Coins have, but hopefully it includes the device details. Surely those accounts are accessed from different device? Or did you happen to lend your phone to them too during registration?
