@op, learn to title your thread better, this title is as deceiving as hell, I read it and thought it was your mom who won a $50,000 in lottery, and I was going to say a big congratulations to you and your family, but on reading the body of your message, I discovered it's completely different from what I interpreted the title of the thread to mean.

Anyways, news like this is something I believe many of us here have gotten used to, but we still will not stop sharing and talking about it as it serves as a form of celebrating with the lucky party who luckily won, and I believe we all know this common saying that "when you serve a king, you also are likely to become a king some day, so another can serve you", in other words, when we rejoice with and celebrate other people's winnings like this one here, we are likely to become the winner some day so that others can rejoice and celebrate with us as well.

Best eay to do with huge amount of money is to turn it to an investment to make its value bigger or to avoid just consuming all of it at once. Honestly, this is the kind of story on the internet which makes me feel like buying lottery tickets as well, for myself, though it is very unlikely I would go out of my way to get some tickets.
Also, I would like to point out that this winning quantity of 50000$ it may appear to be much money for many of us, who live in developing countries around the world, however since we are talking about a woman living in the United States, she would not even be able to purchase a home with that money, at best, she would be able to buy a very good car and that's it.
