I encounter slow loading when calculating the amount I’m going to receive. The screen doesn’t update anymore after waiting a minute and it only shows loading. I can’t move forward to the next step. You should display too the transaction fee cost on the front page during the calculation of tokens to received.

This is a perfect substitute to my previous DEX for exchanging Bitcoin to other altcoins and vice versa. I hope that you will improve the calculation speed of your exchange because it taking too much time.

Weird am I the only one who experiences some issues?
I tried to select what assets to exchange but it doesn't show anything or the drop-downs are blank.

Another thing I noticed is that after accessing the FAQ page it shows a 404 error.

Is this still under develop or I'm just one who experienced some bugs?

However, when you enter the amount to be sent then select the currency to deposit,  the amount to be sent changes again to the default value. This may cause some problems if the user doesn't pay attention to it especially that you state on the exchange page that the user must send the exact amount that has been set.
So, what happens if someone sends the wrong amount?
It would be nice if you add more support channels. Many crypto users don't like using telegram.

Am not sure how you got "3.53%"
Please keep in mind :
1- Don't wait for a long time until you enter the amount because the amounts will change in time
2- Make sure to use for example Binance or Coinbase to compare the prices, services like Preev would take a little bit longer to get the latest price

As for XMR, sometimes some of the coins will be unavailable for some period of time depending on many factors but you can check back later and XMR should be available.

Your exchange rate is certainly very "attractive". At the average bitcoin rate of $65.186 (CoinGecko) you have an exchange rate of $62.858 (!). Isn't the exchange rate too low? Yes, I understand, convenient, no registration, no KYC, but isn't the fee for convenience too high? Also, would love to see your cryptocurrency reserves. For example, I want to exchange 1 BTC, how do I know you have sufficient amount to exchange? Or do you use a third party for the exchange?
