***2024 Trade Only - Physical Crypto and Collectibles Thread****

I am by no means an OG, but I have been on bitcointalk.org for 7+ years now. In my opinion new highs in BTC have impacts on the physical collecting world resulting in more exposure, more interest, more collectors, and more aligned goals of buying the available supply to ultimately HODL. All these highs bring MORE demand, which in turn equals LESS supply. That is why items listed for sale on bitcointalk tend to dwindle, or are priced out of most budgets, when bull runs occur. I have even heard talk of the forum being "dead," which I disagree  

In my time here, I have completed probably 100+ trades with over 30+ members. Trading has been crucial not only developing my personal collection, but it also has allowed me to network and meet some great people. Trading also fosters an active community, and allows members to receive positive merit and trust. Trading may also help many of us obtain that piece(s) you have been on the hunt for over the years, while letting go of some of the items that may not as important to, pieces we don't want to outright sell, or pieces you may have duplicates of.

Finding trade partners can be difficult task for some, to say the least....

That is why am starting this ***2024 Trade Only*** thread!

Here are the rules:
1. This is a trade only thread, so please don't post offers to buy and sell here.
2. Items have to be crypto related.
3. Post photos and details of the items you have for trade, including a timestamp.
4. If you are on the hunt for something specific, please be specific about what you will offer for trade in return. If you are too reluctant to list the items you have for trade, please don't post at all.
5. Please don't derail this thread to shitposting about items from other members. (We have all read the Titan and Microsoul threads)
6. Negotiate trades via private message.
7. Cardsmiths items already have an established trade thread here, please post those items there.

Trusted escrow services are always recommended, such as Miner Jones. I have used personally escrow services for many trades for peace of mind.

Lastly, good luck in finding that piece you have been searching for through a trade. I hope this thread makes that happen for some of you.

So, in this context, "trade" means swapping or exchanging things rather than purchasing or selling them? Because I didn't understand it right away, I initially thought there was a typo in Rule 1. You see, you make trade posts where people can trade, which typically involves buying, selling, or exchanging goods or services. However, the first rule explicitly states that trading isn't allowed here. Quite the irony, isn't it?
