The highest price of ethereum was recorded in November 2021 and was around $4,880. The current price of this coin is approximately 3,750 after rising to $3,878 just a few days ago. Since October last year we have seen good growth in Ethereum, but in recent days there has already been a decline.
I don't think Ethereum will reach its previous price high this month. This coin will grow over the course of this and next year with periodic corrections, however, most likely, not at the same pace as in the last six months.
It is predicted that by the end of the year the price of ethereum will be $4000-4800, and by the end of the next year - $5300-6500.

there are simply too many things supporting ethereum reaching its all time high if im being honest, the fact that so many protocols and L2 requiring staking of ethereum and they are already locking billions means scarcity of etheruem increase, the fact that there's pending ETF approval and if it gets approved its gonna be massive, the dencun upgrade, I think ethereum breaking its all time high is obvious maybe it can go as far as $6k.
you see recent flash dips ethereum is among the one that recover really fast, it kinda says the state that ethereum in.
even the existence of L2s that are being deployed like there's no tomorrow that revolves around ethereum just adding the fuel towards ethereum force to be breaking its all time high.
its a good thing that i've accumulated ethereum otherwise i will regret my life missing opportunity of dumping at around $6k as my target.

There is no need to argue about the attraction of ETH in the crypto space. Even though there are many problems, it is still a popular cryptocurrency and is of top interest in the space.

Bitcoin's strong price increase, as well as a few major events with ETH are giving it good momentum. I don't think about the ETH ETF spot application. It's going to take time until it will be considered and approved by the SEC. As for the ATH of ETH, I don't think that it will be this early on this month. There's more to go for the upcoming months and Bitcoin hasn't reached the peak yet and usually, ETH is coming with its surge after bitcoin hitting the peak because money from there is going to flow to alts and majority of them will be into ETH.

Actually I'm not technically an analyzer so it's not possible for me to be accurate and analyze but I think Ethereum will generate new ATH before the upcoming bull market. Despite Ethereum's ETF lawsuit, the price has increased significantly.If the ETF lawsuit over Ethereum is settled, new ATH will be generated as soon as the Ethereum ETF is approved. Still, we expect to see the price of Ethereum at $4000 very soon. But invest go ahead with investment hope all investors succeed.

I don't think so it'll reach the value you're thinking of. It can't be compared to Bitcoin for now as in 21 it reached its peak value and it was close to 5k$m It has done pretty weill in previous couple of months and it's a better investment option to get profits but done aspect something like Bitcoin.

If it ETF gets approved by the SEC then it could give it a little more pump up to 10k$ I think so but not more than that. Another point to consider is that it is heard to establish low fees transactions  projects in the coming future it could pump it possibly. Let's wait and see how it progresses.

There are possibilities but the major factor over here is how the Bitcoin trends, right now it's on a rally and if Bitcoin reaches new ATH and progress further which is most likely the case then the ETH can easily break it's current ATH, But, if due to some reason we see a correction in the price of bitcoin then we will see it's impact more in the Altcoins.

$10k seems like a low bet, but it's going to be a huge psychological barrier. But if it will break, it will be go to $25k imho. Assuming bitcoin will break $100k as well. I am basing this on the feeling that new people will see BTC as an old dinosaur and feel like they have missed the boat on that. Even though bitcoin has smart contracts now, ethereum L2 and others will be seen as a gold mine. People will look at all the tokens that have mooned and most likely support L1 projects that they have born from, like ETH, SOL, and i am not sure what else though. Maybe ADA? BTC has already approved by SEC and what's next? it's only less than a few thousand dollars from ATH. I expect Ethereum to go up after Bitcoin has done with its pump. People are massively pump altcoin now. It's good my altcoin goes up a lot following the increase that happened in bitcoin and ethereum.
Ethereum may probably get an ETF in the future. It's always worth betting on this major coin. I remind you that the more people lock their Ethereum to get an airdrop, the less circulating Ethereum supply will help the price so much.

This coin will be in high demand, like Bitcoin. I expect Ethereum to reach 7k during this run. That price was quite reasonable, considering it's only 50% up from ATH. It's only matter of time until FOMO will come to the ethereum like bitcoin.

Right now i have a big bag of ETH and i think it will easily cross above 15k and make an ATH above that level. ETH usecase has increased more than even due to the exponential growth of layer 2 network and layer 3 network for gameFi project. I too agree that the altcoin season has not started yet and Ethereum is still not well as other coins are doing in the market. I have been following a few other coins like BNB and SOL and these two coins are giving far better returns than ETH. I am sure as soon as the Ethereum spot, ETF gets approved then we will see a big rally in the price of Ethereum like we are seeing in Bitcoin for now. And as we can see, the approval of a Bitcoin ETF has an impact on Bitcoin moving beyond its ATH, and also increasing demand. So it is very likely that if an Ethereum ETF is approved, there is a possibility that it will move like Bitcoin and could reach the previous ATH or even surpass it.
And this is just speculation but it could happen or have a positive impact on Ethereum, but we won't know when the Ethereum ETF approves it.

Since Ethereum has reached $4000+ in this pumping market it won't have far to go to new highs I think Ethereum will reach its new highs by March. Also, since the SEC charges are supposed to be approved in May, if the Ethereum ETF case is settled in May, I think Ethereum will reach new highs and go as high as $10,000. Currently I have had a lot of success with my Ethereum investments and hope to have more success when the ETF is approved in May. It has nothing to do with the market as before halving we generally see a correction happening with Bitcoin. Yes, we still wait the approval of it's ETF but we should not have to place much hope on that particular aspect since same was hoped on during Bitcoin ETF approval and nothing significant happened. For this season, the only way towards Ethereum reaching an all time high is just when Bitcoin continues  pumping like it has been doing all this time. After every halving the price is expected to be better than it used to be, so we are to expect new price mark from them.

Dencun upgrade is now live on Ethereum mainnet and with this upgrade layer 2 transaction fees will be reduced drastically. Currently, the market is in red because Bitcoin is in red as expected profit booking is going on. Ethereum has again slid down from the $4000 price point whereas yesterday BNB was pumping more than ETH and BTC. Not sure what caused such a big spike in its price it was once trading at a $624 price point which was approximately less than $30 from its ATH. I once thought that it would break its ATH the way it went on pumping.

i'm not selling my ethereum and will keep it as an investment until it reached $6k at least, if bitcoin could reach its all time high i believe ethereum can too but its just waiting for its ETF to be approved first I guess before the market are making a move.

No, it is not it is still hovering around the difference of -26%. You can do the math, this is how the calculation is done. ATH= 4878 approximately subtract it from the current price you will then get a price change. To calculate the drop percentage follow this formula - (Price Change / ATH) x 100%. You will get the approximate percentage. Blackrock has confirmed that Ethereum ETF is possible that does not mean that it will happen in one go. It is normal how Bitcoin controls the altcoin price but what I do not understand is how Bitcoin is now controlling the price of giant altcoins like Ethereum. The way Ethereum is reacting to current market conditions shows that the demand has gone down significantly. There was a time, back then in 2021 ETH was an alternate option if someone did not have funds to buy a Bitcoin. Whereas now due to the Bitcoin ETF, it is not an option anymore. But, those are dollars from L2 projects and not from ETH, although ETH is still much better and bigger than them. It's already enough to convince us that ETH is a good project to invest for the long term. Locking a coin doesn't decrease its supply but it can only prevent them from circulating which I think still a good thing and can contribute to the growth of their value.

Not all L2 projects are under Ethereum but those who are under it, will make ETH benefit with it. It's only funny that the demand in ETH can cause the main network of ETH congested while L2 networks will not be affected because of their technology which solves the said issue.

Replace BTC? Where did that come from?

There is no doubt that ETH is the second largest cryptocurrency in the market currently and it is the second most popular one as well after Bitcoin, but I don't think there is any comparison between ETH and Bitcoin because ETH isn't decentralized or as good as Bitcoin despite all the updates and everything, it's supply isn't fixed because its developers can always make changes in the network, add or remove in the supply or make any other changes they want.

well it does not start actually mate because it took weeks before finally hitting 71k again but still waiting to break that 73k ATH because we are waiting for month now .
