Ethereum is trying to break the $4000 price point. It did reach to the price point of $3993 but due to profit booking again it got dragged down. I think in the next couple of weeks and before the end of this month it will go beyond the price point of $4000. It won't take long for Ethereum to break its ATH of $4891 and looking at the current market situation it should happen before halving.

I earlier thought it did hit the $4k price, if not then, it won't take long before making it up there, just a few more to make it happen.

although bitcoin already reached new ath $70,083 in a day ago but ether still can't reach new ath which was happened in years ago, but i think still possible to hit new ath in this month, because in this march month still 21 days left in our hand so nothing impossible if eth current price is around 4k$ so it's need to another pump.

it just goes to show that we aren't even in an altcoin season yet thats why ethereum still so off from its previous all time high, because the increase these recent week has been quite small for etheruem in general its unlike other altcoin that got easy 10x ethereum only got some small increase but consecutively which kinda make sense since ethereum market cap is among the highest and is the highest if we are talking about altcoin only excluding the stablecoin.

I too agree that the altcoin season has not started yet and Ethereum is still not well as other coins are doing in the market. I have been following a few other coins like BNB and SOL and these two coins are giving far better returns than ETH. I am sure as soon as the Ethereum spot, ETF gets approved then we will see a big rally in the price of Ethereum like we are seeing in Bitcoin for now. In the current market only meme coins are giving more than 10x return but they are all going through the pump and dump cycle.

Bitcoin broke its previous price record and set a new record. Ethereum is also following the path of Bitcoin. When I saw that Ethereum was very close to $4k but barely crossed it, still not too far away. I think it will move very close to the ATH of the past here by this month. Overall, the current market looks very bullish and expect the price of Ethereum to rise significantly by the end of this month. I think Ethereum may not reach ATH at the end of this month but it won't be too long to break a new record.

There is no need to argue about the attraction of ETH in the crypto space. Even though there are many problems, it is still a popular cryptocurrency and is of top interest in the space.

Bitcoin's strong price increase, as well as a few major events with ETH are giving it good momentum. IMO, the speculation is that I expect ETH will be able to surpass $10,000 in the next bull cycle, maybe each person will have different expected target but I always appreciate ETH and believe in the fact that it is just too strong after bitcoin in the crypto space.

It is popular because it was like BTC who is old and maintains its position for a very long time despite of its disadvantages but that makes it even more popular as people like to talk about it all times apart from its advantages. ETH is among the top cryptos but it's not the top interest, rather it was BTC.

Its rank speaks for itself. IDK if what are those major events from ETH you mean? If you are mainly referring to spot ETF, I think there is no clear date about it yet if when it will be approved, therefore I won't consider that as one. Like you, we that are here in crypto do also appreciate ETH as I think it's the first alt who introduce smart contracts and that contributes a lot in the space.

maybe we need to wait for Ethereum Spot ETF sooner to declare if like Bitcoin ETH will break its  ATH this year . 4891$ is not that huge to take now because there are so much to expect in this rank 2 currency.

and when passing the halving day there may be a correction decline from bitcoin and ethereum, before making a new ATH again next in the next bull season. The price of ethereum has now reached 4000$, the previous new ATH price should be able to be passed, whether it can be done or not. there is usually a significant rise in crypto history

And as we can see, the approval of a Bitcoin ETF has an impact on Bitcoin moving beyond its ATH, and also increasing demand. So it is very likely that if an Ethereum ETF is approved, there is a possibility that it will move like Bitcoin and could reach the previous ATH or even surpass it.
And this is just speculation but it could happen or have a positive impact on Ethereum, but we won't know when the Ethereum ETF approves it.
And Ethereum price has already reached $4,000 and to reach the previous ATH of $4,891.70 I think it could happen in the near future, and it's just a matter of time.

Since Ethereum has reached $4000+ in this pumping market it won't have far to go to new highs I think Ethereum will reach its new highs by March. Also, since the SEC charges are supposed to be approved in May, if the Ethereum ETF case is settled in May, I think Ethereum will reach new highs and go as high as $10,000. Currently I have had a lot of success with my Ethereum investments and hope to have more success when the ETF is approved in May. Those who have invested in Ethereum, hold on, hoping for more success soon.

Bitcoin breaking it's previous ATH was due to the factor that there is a big demand in ETF. It has nothing to do with the market as before halving we generally see a correction happening with Bitcoin. Ethereum has already breached the price point of $4000 multiple times now largely because of Bitcoin dominance and due to the speculation that it's ETF will get approved. If it gets approved which might not happen in the first time as per analyst, then we would see it pumping in the same way as Bitcoin has been doing for sometime now.

Yes, we still wait the approval of it's ETF but we should not have to place much hope on that particular aspect since same was hoped on during Bitcoin ETF approval and nothing significant happened. For this season, the only way towards Ethereum reaching an all time high is just when Bitcoin continues  pumping like it has been doing all this time. After every halving the price is expected to be better than it used to be, so we are to expect new price mark from them.

Dencun upgrade is now live on Ethereum mainnet and with this upgrade layer 2 transaction fees will be reduced drastically. Currently, the market is in red because Bitcoin is in red as expected profit booking is going on. Ethereum has again slid down from the $4000 price point whereas yesterday BNB was pumping more than ETH and BTC. Not sure what caused such a big spike in its price it was once trading at a $624 price point which was approximately less than $30 from its ATH. I once thought that it would break its ATH the way it went on pumping.
